David Land is an honest, hardworking plumber. I’ve used him for a number of major projects and emergencies, and he’s always come through for me.

Dave was very personable, and made a point to come to fix my furnace in a timely manner. I have an old house and he made sure everything was done just right. And his fees were very reasonable!

Mr. Land installed a heating unit in my home in a timely manner for about half as much as I'd expected to pay. He was friendly and prompt. He set a timelime and stuck to it precisely. Exceptional service.

I would not recommend to anyone. I had him install a new furnace , add central air and build a bathroom. The last time I spoke with him was shortly after my basement flooded because of the compost toilet he installed and he said “that’s not my problem “
