Of 3 bids from reputable companies for the same product, Kemp's not only was the lowest, but it also took the time beforehand to explore the issues I was having with my old boiler-boiler flue before helping me determine a high-efficiency furnace was likely the best solution for the long run. The 3-person team that installed it were professional and respectful, using without complaint a separate entrance to our basement that unfortunately required the use of a 3-foot step ladder. They cleaned up every day and, in installing the outdoor vents, went as far as to match the strawberry mortar around the rims to fit right in with the exterior.

Bill and Matt installed new A/C, relocated unit, very professional, respected our home, were patient answering our questions, left our house the same way as they found it, would not hesitate in calling them in the future. Great company.

From the estimate to the installation of our Trane XL18i air conditioner; the service by the Edward L. Kemp Company was excellent! The installers were courteous and cleaned up after the job was complete. They answered all of our questions and made sure we knew how to operate the air conditioner correctly. Kemp Service was very good. Our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. I called in the morning around 8 and the service tech was here at 2! The receptionist was friendly and gave me a time that the technician would arrive (late afternoon maybe around 2). She called to say he was in the area around 2 and he was here in 5 minutes! The technician was professional and addressed the problem . We had a great experience and will call them again! We had called another local company and they said they wouldn't be able to come out until sometime later in the week! Thanks Kemp for fixing the problem!

I had a new Trane furnace, A/C, and ductwork installed in my home. Mike, the owner, was very knowledgeable, honest, and involved in the project. His crew was punctual, clean, and a pleasure to have in my home. Jen registered my warranty and sent me paperwork for a rebate with my utility company. Kemp was fabulous! Although the Kemp family has been heating our homes for many, many years, I could not for the life of my remember the name. When our furnace finally died this winter, I asked and got referrals for a good many companies. They were helter skelter on getting back to me, coming to give estimate, and on recommendations and prices. Finally, thank goodness, my husband came across their name from a repair they had done for us years ago...and my 97 year old dad had a good memory day! I called Kemp, Mike made time a day or so later and presto an easy-to-read proposal giving us our options with price and quick answers to my many questions --- AND furnace installed within a week during the busy busy first cold spell of the Fall. They are beyond wonderful!
