The installers Bill & Emma were top notch. Experienced, helpful, professional. Arrived when promised, cleaned up every evening. Answered all our questions. Explained and offered options that will be helpful in the future with pipe placement. The new furnace and AC not only perform well but the finished product looks great. Everything is tied off, strapped down and looks neat. It was great having people that are passionate and take pride in their work.

Kemp Heating and AC is truly the best, very professional, courteous and clean. This is the 2nd house where I have had to have my furnace replaced and could not be happier. Kemp does not to try up-sale you on anything and keeps the focus on what is needed and what you want. The install team was fantastic. They arrived on time, prepared and ready. When they left, they cleaned that area nice and did a very professional job. I'd recommend Kemp Heating & AC to anyone.

They installed a new furnace and AC unit in our house. They had quick response to questions and setting up an install date. Installation team was very knowledgeable, prompt and easy to work with. We have used Edward L. Kemp for many years to handle our heat pump, and have never been disappointed. They've always been very professional and never charging us for anything we didnt need on our maintenance service visits.
Most recently they replaced our existing heat pump with a new one, and I can't tell you pleased I am of the outcome. Our house has never been so comfortable. They were done in 2 days, answering any/all questions, and were always professional and courteous...Would recommend them to anyone.....Thanks Mike and the E.L. Kemp staff!!!!

Our new install this spring of a furnace and air Conditioner was painless. If I could give ten stars, I would. Thank you ALL for an OUTSTANDING JOB, and I highly recommend then!

Great customer service. Notified me they wouldn’t be able to make my appointment the next day due to rain so they sent somebody out that night to inspect my AC unit and fill up the freon. Mike showed up on time and did a great job. Answered all of my questions honestly about the status of my system and cost to replace if necessary. Did not try to up sell me on anything. Was highly recommended by family and now I see why. I will certainly be requesting their services next time I have an issue.

My ac went out over the Memorial Day holiday, and I got intouch with the Kemp Co. , Mike, on the Tuesday. He got back intouch with me, came out and assessed the situation, gave me estimates online and installed my new ac unit by the 4th of June. I was very, very pleased with the installers, Justin and Brad, they were very professional and pleasent at the same time. They took the time out to answer any questions I had about the installation from beginning to end. I would recommend this company, because they are very "awesome" in everything that they do. I will seek them out to install furnace when needed.
