It's a scam! It's a $50 fee for them to diagnose the treadmill "fair " . The told me it was a endcap . It would run me additional $220 for Parts and labor" fair also" . After I submitted the deposit they came across another problem (the motor )demanding another $200! For labor and Parts. I'm wondering why wasn't they able to tell me that problem when they first diagnosed my treadmill? The total bill came out to roughly $600! I bought a new one with 10 year Warranty from Wal-Mart for the same price . They kept my old treadmill and the money I paid into it. They give a bad name to small businesses!!😠

I'd like to preempt this with the disclaimer that I HAVE NEVER USED THEIR SERVICES!

*EDIT* After my previous post the owner responded and let me know that they will speak to their employee and remedy the situation. I had previously called the number on the van and been unable to reach anyone as it was after business hours. I applaud the owner for their fast response and professional handling of the situation and wish them all the best in the future.

Kevin was awesome and knowledgeable. He gave us fair and honest information and had everything done quickly. Will definitely request him in the future!

Save yourself a lot of time and a aggrevation and go anywhere else but here.
