I hired H&H when our AC stopped blowing cold air, based on a neighbors recommendation, and could not be happier with their service.

The expert that they sent out was named James and he truly was an expert. He was super friendly and took his time explaining what was wrong with our AC system and what our options were for repairing it.

I highly recommend that you use H&H- ask for James. I will 100% be using them again moving forward. Outstanding service and expertise.

Update: I just had Jim J. over to service our heater and once again was VERY impressed with the service and professionalism. Couldn’t be happier!!

This is our fourth installation by H&H -- two in prior rental homes and recently in our 1885 house. They just installed a new 3rd floor system in an ongoing renovation, after they installed a new HVAC system for the first two floors last year. Everyone from Steve who came out more than once to size up our needs, to Dan the lead installer, to Nick Valenti the lead tech on the latest job, were outstanding at what they do. We can't say enough about H&H's overall professionalism, knowledgeable technicians and service value. We highly recommend them :-)

I've had a very positive experience with H&H Heating and Air Conditioning when they replaced my heat and air conditioning system two years ago. Recently I asked for a technician to come and do a tuneup. Jerry came exactly at the appointed time and answered all my questions and inquiries in a very professional and informative manner. This is my recent review, and I am writing about Thomas W.’s season tuneup on 12/23/2021. He called on time, came on time, observed all Covid protection measures. He did a very thorough job and was professional, friendly, and courteous at all times.

This is a review of the tune-up service rendered on 12/8/2022 by the technician Jim Johnston from H&H Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. While all technicians from this company are very competent, Jim really stood out as the most efficient, polite, and caring person. I recommend both the company and Jim most highly and without any reservations.

I had asked friends for recommendations for HVaC companies and also worked with mass channels like Home Depot. All roads led to H&H.

It’s been an experience realizing that my newly purchased home needed an HVAC replacement. Peak of summer, all metal materials priced super high due to geopolitical issues- the quotes I got were all over the place. One thing was consistent in what I researched- over half the longevity of the installation is not in the machines but rather the skill of the installers. H&H won me over in knowledge, transparency and fair pricing.

They are not the cheapest, but rather a good middle of the road company with quality product, skilled workers and the backing of a medium sized company that’s been around for decades and had a reputation to maintain.

Definitely the peace of mind option without feeling like you left money on the table.

James came to provide service on our ductless system. He did a wonderful job! He gave us a lot of good tips and advice on the maintenance of our system, and took the time to make sure our units were in good condition.

I called when the AC wasn’t getting cold. They said they would be out between 12-4pm the next day. They called in the AM and said they could arrive at 9am. It worked out perfectly. We were thankful for the fast and reliable service because the temps are getting to 90 degrees today! This company does it right.

H&H was recommended as a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer and they lived up to my expectations. Their price was very similar to other quotes except that they offered an additional senior and veterans discount which the competition did not, which sealed the deal. The installers were on-time, did a great job and took time to review the system and explain the controls. I am very happy with our choice of H&H for our new Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system.

Very responsive and they have Heat Pump in stock!

This was the annual A/C check up. Steve changed the filter, checked coolant level, maintenance check of inside and outside units. He explained everything looked good but based on the age of the unit - 21 years - it's time to consider getting an estimate for a new A/C unit. Steve was patient with my questions and explained the examine to my understanding. Thank you.
