I scheduled an appointment with H&H through the Home Depot to have my system serviced. James was very professional and he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and in the end explained what was done. He also recommended having the service done twice per year.
I would recommend this business, and especially James. Thank you for your service and professionalism.

Dave was straight with me when I was getting conflicting information from HVAC companies about whether I needed to replace my furnace. I knew from what he told me that I could trust him and that H&H wanted a relationship with me, not a big purchase, unless it was necessary. That was such a relief when we were without heat and felt pressured into making a big decision. Dave’s candor and HVAC education gave me the full perspective so I could weigh my options, and he brought up helpful considerations that no other company mentioned. I’m so impressed!

Edited to add: We needed service on our older furnace and Thomas came out. The service was so prompt and professional. H&H continues to impress me. I’m so grateful to have a trustworthy HVAC service to work with.

Great group of workers. Polite and courteous. Answered all my questions. Kept their work area and my house clean. Worked well as a team. Brian was exceptional at teaching Richard anything he needed to learn. Brian kept the team working. The men all seemed to respect each other

Had a leak in a 2 inch pipe, another major company promised to repair it, then backed out. H&H came in installed peck plastic pipe and repaired the problem. Most of the work was in a crawl space under the home. If you need Heater or AC work done don't be tricked by fancy commercials. Hire these true professionals and you be happy with the end product.

I had H&H installing a new gas heater to replace my oil heater a couple of weeks ago, and I am very happy with their service. From the beginning, Chris the salesman did an amazing job communicating in a professional and friendly manner. Big thanks to Brain too, and his team on the installation day, and for the service after that. I had a small issue with the heater about 10 days after the installation, and H&H once again, exceeded my expectations, their response was quick and effective. Brain and Richard came to my house the following day and fixed the problem free of charge. I highly recommend H&H.

This is a great Company. When our Heater went on the fritz, Thomas was responsive, on time and very efficient in diagnosing the problem with our furnace and fixing it. We decided to make H & H our go-to HVAC service and repair provider from then on. Thomas came back yesterday and did thorough AC maintenance for us. I can’t praise him enough, he’s a credit to the Company.

Excellent pleasant service with a local company. Technician could not have been any nicer. Company has invested in technology which makes things easier on all of us.
