They scheduled me quickly the same day. Call when they arrived introduce themselves and wore a mask. Diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate of the cost of the repair. Finished the job, wrote up the receipt, choice of check or credit card. Toilet works Great, am very happy.😁

Had them come over to look at the supply line to my refrigerator ice maker. The guy that came out was a little rough around the edges but it was cool with me. He still maintained a professional manner. He did a good job on the work he did. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again.

As always, we had a great experience on our service call! Doug was very pleasant and courteous. Our issue was resolved very quickly! We feel confident that we can trust CHP with our plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs!

Horrible experience. They said they needed to order a part and that it would be overnighted. Instead, it took 2 days to arrive ... Then it was the wrong part! My husband ended up diagnosing the problem and bought the correct piece. All Cocalico did was install it. We were without heat a full 6 days in December. We bought our own part. They still charged $349. For what??

Cocalico Plumbing and Heating were very helpful. From the initial call setting up the appointment to when the plumber came out. Doug was very informative. He was able to fix everything very quickly and efficient and gave me follow up information on my the type of piping that is in my house. An issues I could see in the future. I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

We were so pleased with CP&H installation of our central air conditioning a few years ago, so we recommended the company to my sister who was planning to install central air in their home this fall. The guy that came to our house diagnoses the problem quickly and effectively. He fixed the problem and then gave me a discount. He was very nice and attentive. Wore a mask the whole time. I would definitely recommend this company to my local friends and family!

I had called with questions about removing my garbage disposal and fixing the drain. CPH was able to come out same day to estimate a price and Doug fixed everything in a very reasonable time. He was very professional and polite.

Andy A., arrived on schedule, was clean, friendly, professional, thorough, answered all of my questions and concerns, explained all the work he did and helped me understand all the readings that he posted on the diagnostic chart he with me. Making an appointment with Sherry was simple. She was so kind and welcoming. Andy came to the house and did his job very efficiently. He called and was able to arrive early. Then after a problem was found, his explanation was outstanding on how to fix the problem. Really appreciate it!
