I'll give this company two thumbs up I would highly recommend cocalico Plumbing and Heating to friends and family and anyone who may need any type of heating and air conditioning work done. The text was excellent very knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. The tech twas energetic and displayed a positive attitude which made the transition even better. Where do I start? I have never been so impressed by a plumbing company as I am by Cocalico Plumbing & Heating. I’ve had plenty of unpleasant experiences with other plumbing companies so I’ve been jaded.

I had a water heater fail at my residence. I called Cocalico and the tech came out right away and although they were busy they made time for my issue. A new water heater was picked up and installed in my home.

They also agreed to keep my old water heater in storage for my homeowners insurance to look at it if needed.

I am very happy with the service. All around every part of it was exceptional and handled professionally.

These guys are awesome. They were prompt in giving an estimate, scheduling the work, and when they came out to do the work they were thorough , efficient, and I declare they left the place cleaner than they found it. They were immaculate workers and cleaned up every single speck of dirt. They laid down drop cloths to protect the floors.

BEWARE ............
CPH installed my system 10 years ago, and each year I purchased their burner plan. System ran flawlessly until this past weekend. Service technicians came on Monday, I showed them a video that was previously taken over the weekend, and they were immediately able to pinpoint the problem after they saw the error code. Long story short ...... was charged $340.72 for a 45 minute stay ...... $109.95 for diagnostic and $230.77 for a $47.00 (or less) part. This is gouging in my opinion.

Andy A. came today to do our bi-annual maintenance. He was so incredibly thorough and explained everything he did. He also went so far as to explain what all the test numbers meant assuring me that we were in the proper ranges! I felt like I was getting test results back from the doctor and they were all good. LOL He even gave me pointers on how to minimize the fan noise of our one unit. Thank you, Andy!

Service scheduling: No complaint. Easy, quick, same day, and friendly. 😊
Technician: Friendly, polite, clean, and explained actions. 😊
Price: 🤨. Service fee and Clear main pipe line clog fee was good. BUT, tech chose to snake through the toilet drain. Thus, got soaked for more than the clean out cost, add "Pull and Reset Toilet"; "add-on fee". 😡 - If I would have know the add-on fee I would have taken the 15 minutes to remove it myself, and 15 minutes to reset it (30 minutes my time, he was quicker). Thus, saving over $200. I wonder, would there be a big add-on fee to access the clog/pipe through a clean out; cap removal and replacement cost add-on. I could have swolled a $50 to $75 add-on charge for toilet removal and replace, but over $200. 🤪
I would be glad to call on them again, but would like to know all the flat rate charges ahead of time, maybe I could prep the job and close the job to stop the insanity add-on costs. 🤔 .- Not a 5 ⭐ because of the flat rate pricing add-ons system.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, they came out to my house for an emergency call the technician told me he saw mud in my lines, claimed after that statement that it was a clogged pipe, it wasn’t the pipes were crushed they never corrected the problem claimed it was a clog, charged me $1000 and never resolved the correct issue. $5000 and another company later it’s finally fixed!! The guy clearly had no clue what he was doing and Marci is the fakest and most unprofessional woman I’ve ever dealt with. Please do yourself a favor and don’t use this company they rip people off and do not back their work they should be ashamed of how they treat customers!

Had a plumbing emergency. Called around 5:30 on a Friday. Would have been charged 295 dollars just to walk in the door. Got a much better plumber. He came and charged much, much less. Very satisfied with other plumber. Will neverbother CPH ever again. Too expensive in an emergency. UGH!!!

Excellent service from Dave and Doug... great communication, very professional and clean, and they weren't in a hurry to go to the big ticket fix. Thanks guys! We'll definitely call CPH again if we are in need!

We have done business with Cocalico Plumbing and Heating for many years. Doug was our service man the other day and explained every detail and what he needed to do. Thank you and would highly recommend them for your next job.
