Peris was professional through and through. They were able to come out quickly and install a beautiful new central air system, as well as fix some ducting issues that had been a bother for years. I've also signed up for the annual maintenance plan.

Everyone at Peris Heating and Cooling was polite and knowledgeable. Our equipment was installed quickly and efficiently. The gentlemen who completed the installation were courteous and left the house as clean as they found it. If you are in the need of any HVAC services, we highly recommend Peris Heating and Cooling!

I called Peris to get an estimate to install a mini-split I had already purchased for $693. Simplest install ever, inside and outside unit and electric panel all within 5 feet of each other.

So Peris was explaining to me how the unit comes from the manufacturer precharged, the lines still need evacuated with a vacuum before releasing the refrigerant into the lines. I was confused about this step but now it makes sense.

I recorded the call, and I ended by saying, "Thank you for calling back I appreciate it, you were very prompt, thank you for the price, if I...".

He interrupted and said firmly, "Good luck because you're gonna mess it up but no problem man", then hung up on me before I had a chance to say I would call him if I decide to have them install the unit.

He quoted $1,200 for a 4hr job, tops. On top of needing better customer communication skills, their pricing is off the charts, $300+ an hr, I'll go elsewhere. You pay a price for being rude... cha ching.

We had a challenging AC replacement that the Peris crew handled professionally, efficiently, and friendly. Great local company that is both competitive and high quality.

The customer service from this company is excellent. I had a problem with equipment that we installed for one of our clients. In a panic I called this company, and they were there AND fixed the problem all within a matter of several hours. Highly recommend!

Im very pleased with the response time and customer service. Chris was able to arrive within the hour, after normal business hours, and was able to solve the issue quickly.
