Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling

AC was not filled with refrigerant properly when installed. Only had 14 degree drop inlet to outlet, instead of 20 degrees as sold. This was not checked when installed and it took over an hour and a half of trouble shooting for their technician to identify the problem.

We are pleased we chose Comfort Solutions to install air conditioning and a new gas furnace. When we met with Brian to discuss what would work best for our 1906 home, he thoroughly explained our options and figured out what would be most affordable and efficient.

During the two day process of installing the equipment, we were impressed with his staff's professionalism and friendly nature. It was a smooth process and we are enjoying the comfortable temperatures in our home.

Comfort Solutions went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. When we had a concern with the installation, they came back the next day and addressed our concerns. They were easy to work with, and we got a great furnace.

Day 1: Paul comes out to tune-up my furnace. Very nice guy, knowledgeable, efficient, professional. Really liked him and seemed like he did solid work.

Day 2: After Paul left our heat never came back on. I called the company and he came back out. He said something is wrong with the circuit board and that he had nothing to do with it. Obviously, this is highly suspect. Yes, it could be an incredible coincidence, but I had a perfectly good, working furnace that he tuned up and signed off on. After he left, it didn't work anymore. Definitely not malicious, but seems like some accidental action could have caused this. He also recommended a new draft inducer. The part is $140 on Amazon, and he said his company charges $1000 for it. That's a 7x mark up! I'll revise this review further if additional actions take place...

Quality work, good communication, and fairly priced. Mr Comfort has your back. I will be using them again.
