Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling

We used Comfort Solutions for our new furnace installation and they have done a very professional job. They weren’t the cheapest bid, nor the most expensive but they were the most thorough and answered all of our questions. They responded to issues and made adjustments so that the new system operates well. When we had a problem with a zone board and valve from the old system, they diagnosed the problem and resolved it. They show up at the appointed time and Cameron, who has been out a few times, seems very knowledgeable and straightforward. Great communication through Catherine at the office and good follow up.

Cleaned the AC unit. Check the thermostat. Went over the filtration system. And check the air temperature from the AC and from the return side to make sure they were within limits. Very helpful and explained everything clearly. The same company installed a new heater for me Last winter. They always do an excellent job and their follow up is great.

Richard did a very good job. I had some existing ductwork relocated to give me more headroom in my basement. I would recommend Mr. Comfort to do all of my heating and cooling needs. Richard is the best. Thank you

These guys were great! They arrived right on time, and although it was a tougher install due to cramped crawl space, they did an awesome job. The office staff were also amazing!

This company was fast on getting a tech out to repair the HVAC. The tech that came out was Cody and he did an EXCELLENT job and explained everything and was very professional and easy to talk with. The issue was repaired the same day.

Cody did a great job. However the parts supplier sent a bad part, which delayed us four days or so with no heat and it was real cold. So I hope that the parts supplier does better.

The technician called when he was on his way, arrived on time, and diagnosed our furnace problem quickly. He knew what he was doing and was professional.
