I ordered a new AC in February , as the old one was 30 years old. The new one was in stock and was installed today. Justin was on time , knew what he was doing and made sure that everything went smoothly. He kept me informed both during and after the install. The old unit was hauled away and my place was left as neat as it was before they arrived. Comfort Solutions has 100’s of happy customers on Angie’s List and that is why I chose them. Now I am one of their happy customers !

I was expecting an expensive estimate from this visit but my expectations were wildly exceeded! A/C completely working now at a reasonable cost with creative solutions. Other options presented (replacement) offered but with realistic and logical advice. I am thrilled with Cameron at Comfort Solutions. He is super experienced and sweet and kind! Yeah!!

Our AC was not working very well at the start of this summer with strange noises coming from the compressor and inadequate cooling. These guys came out in a few days for a repair and not only addressed the problem, but identified some preventative maintenance all the while teaching me about the HVAC systems in my house. Comfort Solutions came out and quoted a new furnace for our home. We were impressed with the owner and the price and made an appointment. The service man called and let us know when he was to be there. Arrived on time and the two men installed the furnace and new thermostat. I was impressed with the work and the people that I dealt with. I can honestly say that I will use them again!

Comfort Solutions called me back the day my system went down & was able to walk me through the things I needed to do for the immediate fix and then came back out to perform the long term repair.

As a townhouse owner I've been using Comfort Solutions for about ten years. The services they provided to me ranged from installing an air conditioning system (one of the major after-move-in purchases I made for my condo) to fixing the builder-supplied heater in the middle of a cold winter. The ac was ordered, scheduled, and installed in no time. The heater was fixed the morning after I called. Separately I also got a fancy ceiling fan from a local lighting supplier for the bedroom, but could not convince Comfort Solutions to install it for me. Instead, the company owner, Brian, had a subcontractor electrician do it for me. So, I'm cool in the summer, warm in the winter. Life is good.
