I recently bought a new home and just had to use the heat for the first time today. To our surprise it didn't come on!? We called the builder who deployed Logan from Bend Plumbing and Heating... It been a long time since I've come across such a considerate, professional and sincere contractor. Bend Heating and Plumbing is very lucky to have Logan on their team. Thank you for getting our heat up and running so efficiently.

Brian's team did the work to install a mini-split in my new office about 2 years ago. It is no longer cooling, and the manufacturer said I should work with the installation company as it is under warranty.
Over the past 4 weeks, I have called at least 8 times. I finally got a returned call after a week and a half and Brian said he would be out the following week. No show. Called again, and have not even gotten a call back. I suppose I will now have to pay to have someone else come out to look at it. Use this company at your own risk.

If you need someone to do what they say, he is not your guy. He dug up our house main water valve as it was leaking - after it was dried out he came back out to bury it. Much to our disappointment he buried the valve as well. My dad had to dig it all up again and fix it so we could access the valve should we ever need to turn off the water in an emergency. No reply to my texts. Use at your own risk.

This Company has had to come back consistently to repair the work that was performed on our new home. CCB was called in for assistance with dealing with the builder and the plumbing and heating company regarding their work on our new house in 2014-2015.
