Jeremy is the single best plumber we've ever had the pleasure to hire. He was on-time, efficient, friendly and professional. His prices were ridiculously less than any other plumbers out there. Total thumbs up!

Excellent customer service and professionalism!! Initially, I scheduled an appointment on Friday morning with Jeremy for a free estimate to replace my water heater on Saturday, but before my appointment, overnight, a terrible gushing leak occurred and I had to have OKC water come turn off the supply. The next day when Jeremy from Bailey Brothers called to let me know he was coming over, I let him know about the leak and how flustered I was by these consecutive water related problems in my older home. Jeremy calmly and professionally crawled under my house, found the leak, explained the problem, gave me a most reasonable quote and repaired it promptly! Then, we discussed the best plan of action for me (considering my financial options) to have my hot water tank replaced. Once again, Jeremy considerately listened to me, and then gave me a most reasonable quote.

The water valves to my clothes washer were old and would not turn off. I got scheduled with Anthony from Bailey Brothers and he called me said he was ahead of schedule and got me earlier than expected. Perfect job. Up to code and fast. Thank you Anthony and Bailey Brothers.

As a property manager having reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and timely contractors that clearly communicate is a must. From the initial call, to their follow through on getting the job finished in a timely manner, and consist communication throughout the process of assessing/making the repair they were professional and buttoned up. Our gas water heater’s pilot light went out, and after numerous attempts, we could not get it to relight. We called Bailey Bros. Plumbing. Anthony came to our home on a Sunday afternoon and was able to relight the pilot. He also gave us some helpful hints in maintaining our aging water heater. We appreciate the prompt and friendly service and highly recommend Anthony and Bailey Bro’s. Plumbing.

Quotes are not free if the tech calls on his way and informs you that it’ll be $160 for him to show up to replace 2 washers....without ever viewing the issue. I would like a new spigot but that was only offered as a solution for $250 after I paid $160. Bonus for having a nice answering service but calling you seemed like a waste of money.

I am actually looking for service for my central air conditioner right now and doing so brought back the most awful experience I had with Bailey Brothers last winter. I called them because my heater was no longer working. A man came out by the name of Justin Taylor I believe. He was rude and listened to headphones the entire visit. His quote on a valve replacement was over $600 dollars. Initially, and by regret I agreed but literally 5 minutes later when I told him that I no longer feel comfortable with that decision he then explained that it was too late and removing it was going to be $300+. A single mother of two, I was outraged of his ridiculous price for something I sat by and lasted 5 minutes! Honestly I was so broken, I cried. This company is the reason we consumers can't trust anyone. 6 months later, here I am writing a review on this terrible experience. Do not waste your time. There's a reason these reviews are not visible for the public view. Unbelievable. I have also reviewed with the Better Business Bureau.

Anthony was Great! He was at my house in less than an hour of calling him. A Saturday afternoon at that.! He Identified the problem and fixed it fast! I was very impressed with him and will call him for any future needs. A Good Guy all around and down to earth!

2nd time I have used Bailey Brothers and am very pleased. This time was a major sewer line fix. Quoted me a price range depending on utilities and it was way worse than we expected. After 2 days of excavation and repairs much digging by hand because of utilities they fixed the problem and still charged me the bottom line on their estimate. Great job Robert Frullo.
