Bailey Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

My water heater broke down last night. I called Bailey Bros. early this morning and spoke with Kim who was very professional and responsive. I was very pleased they could send a service man today! Robert Frullo came out to my house today at about 2:30 pm and installed a new water heater in a very competent, professional way. My wife was very happy to have hot water this quickly. I was very pleased too. I highly recommend Robert and appreciated him very much. The new water heater is a 50-gallon capacity that uses propane, and it is commercial grade, made in the USA. So, I have top quality, professionally installed by a plumber certified to install propane.

I have used Bailey Brothers in Yukon multiple times for my own home and rental property. My experiences had always been quality work at a reasonable price. This changed on my most recent plumbing needs. I was charged $575 to have a water valve fixed in a bathtub and a drain replaced. I have had entire toilets replaced, including the cost of the toilet for $375 by them. I believe they took advantage of me being out of town and my family needing the water issue repaired. After using them many times in the past, I will look for another company for future repairs. UPDATED 04/29/2022. Was told a manager would reach out to me to discuss. 4 days later no contact.

Cody did a fantastic job. Not only was he here before our counter tops were removed, he showed up the next morning after they were finished. We were unsure how long we would have to wait, so he had the foresight to put us on list for the next day anyway just to be sure. The price was affordable and I received a discount due to my veteran status. He did awesome work and we have had no issues since the install. Awesome job!

My wife and I left our cat at home with a sitter and went on vacation. Temperatures in the high 90's. The next day our A/C failed. We called Bailey Brothers from out of state and explained the problem to Kim who dispatched Patrick Garner to assess the problem - failed fan motor and capacitor. The parts were not available locally. Patrick determined that the unit was still under warranty, called the manufacturer to have the parts shipped, and installed the parts the same day they arrived in town - all via the phone while on vacation! He also did our routine maintenance check at the same time. We returned to a cool house and a thankful cat and sitter. Thank you Bailey Brothers and Patrick!

Aaron was on time, explained what he would be doing and went to work. We are more than satisfied with the quality of his work and his professionalism. We will be calling Bailey’s again for our AC needs.

Aaron did a great job getting my outside faucet fixed and one installed. I always knew when to expect him because he called to let me know he was on his way. I didn't realize he was based out of Yukon that's quite a drive to come over to do plumbing and Bailey Bros. were the third plumber I called and the first one to show up as the others never showed!

Robert was my technician and he was professional, and very knowledgeable!! He worked diligently and fixed my 3(!) leaky faucets quickly. Thanks again Robert!!

Don't use if you want your time respected. I was scheduled to have them out in the morning to fix a shower leak and install some faucets. I had to end up taking a whole day off of work because they didn't show up until late afternoon and then informed me that they didn't have time to install the faucets. They scheduled to come back out a few days later and install the faucets so I once again took some time off work to be home. They didn't call or show and I ended up calling to be told they had tried to reach me unsuccessfully and had moved me to the next day. I had no missed calls on my phone. At this point I wasn't going to take even more time off of work to have them disrespect my time once again and went elsewhere. Just use someone else.

Will was great and saved the day. We had an uncontrolled leak coming from our toilet supply line. He showed up promptly and quickly took care of our issue. He was extremely personable and professional and we’ll definitely call this company first for any future plumbing work!

Aaron was quick, courteous and efficient! He took the extra effort to unclog our sink as well as our toilet! He also advised me on another manner that would benefit my family which showed his honesty! Thanks Aaron! God bless you!
