Michael did a great job and was very helpful in keeping us comfortable when our thermostat was malfunctioning. We had to leave town for a few days during the ordering of a new thermostat. Michael installed a temporary thermostat so that during our absence our house could be heated as required. We very much appreciate his service that ended with the installation of a new under warranty thermostat. He was diligent, skilled, and courteous during all activities. Thank you.

In the midst of this record breaking freeze, I had a pipe burst in my laundry room. I assumed it would be days before I could get someone out to fix it. I called Bailey Brothers and had someone within the hour. Anthony (tech#416) came in and saved the day. He had our family of six, back up and running in under an hour. He was very courteous and explained his findings and the repair that was made. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Josh was on time, professional and made the repair in a short time period. I would trust him with all of my repairs. He also installed my new furnace and air conditioner.

I hate the fact that Google makes you give a company at least 1 star for a review. This company deserves 1/2 star at best. They will come out tell you one thing, charge you, then conveniently not send you your receipt (so-called error), said receipt will tell you different information than what the technician does, then your house will leak more than it did before you called and you will be stuck $275 less than what you had before with an even bigger plumbing issue.

The technician that came out to my place was Cody and his supervisor, Jeff, didn't make it right either.

If you chose to go with this company, just know I will go ahead and say a prayer for you now.

Highly disappointed and would not suggest this place for service. My bathrooms now have 2 inches of standing water.

Made a noon time call and was given a 4-6 PM time. Our tech, ANTHONY BARRETT, notified us he was coming and arrived on time. I explained the problem and he went right to work. Problem remedied within ten minutes. Had 2 other issues that he repaired. Very efficient and knowledge. He had to explain things to the wife and she understood fully(I don't hear or remember well these days). Definitely will use this company again.

We've been with Bailey Brothers for years. We called about a freeze up, and Michael came out before an already booked day to check it out. What started as an expensive misdiagnosis, ended in a rapidly resolved re-diagnosis after a more detailed inspection. We are very grateful for the patience and remediation, honesty and willingness to speak candidly about the problem and the initial miss. We had our AC back up and running in less than 48 hrs, and for us this was critical - we have a brand new baby at home.

Michael with Bailey Brothers helped us with our fire place needs. After calling around, I found this company to be the only one to really listen to what we wanted done and to give us a quote that was affordable. After meeting Michael, his attention to detail is top notch. We will definitely be repeat customers!

After my water heater went out, we contacted Bailey Brothers to come look at it. It needed replacement, and Tony was able to replace it with a higher capacity water heater that same day
