Robison Air

Randy, Service tech came out to see why my new air conditioner was freezing up. Come to find out it was the coils that were clogged and also I was told about different air filters that are washable that need to be used. Randy was very professional and polite and had no problems with answering questions. Would recommend them to anyone.

I can no longer support a company with such dishonest management and business practices. I was charged twice for my furnace to be fixed while it was 27F out because the inept worker they sent out on the weekend couldn't fix it, not did he have the proper parts or knowledge to. Then I was charged hundreds more for another worker to actually fix it with the right parts. Once I realized I had been billed twice for one effective fix Carol explained repeatedly what the bills were for and told me I'm lucky I wasn't charged double for the second billing. With this kind of service and treatment of customers it's a wonder this Micky mouse operation is still in business.

Great experience! Tech new exactly what to do and solution. Came back the next day and made all necessary replacements. Very friendly and polite. I recommend this company to all my friends.

After having repair men come to my house 3 times this summer, it is still more humid inside my house than outside.

They oversold me on “high efficiency “ units that have been a huge disappointment. For the first year my bills went up, finally after the fourth service call someone admitted one unit had not been installed correctly. Do now my bed isn’t damp when I go to bed at night. But I still see no benefits from the more expensive units. My house was just as comfortable with my older models.

Save yourself the money and get the least expensive models you can. I recommend Goodman.

I called and they came out within a few hours of my call. They have great customer service and reasonable prices . I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off. They’re the third company I’ve used since being back in Tulsa. I highly recommend them!

After getting estimates from five different local companies for a new HVAC system, we picked Robison Air, due mostly to the personal service we received from Danny H. I was impressed by Danny's credentials as a sales rep and former installer. He suggested a slight change to the return air ducting that would help quiet down the airflow noise. Great idea. The install was done in about eight hours and the AC worked perfectly. After testing the heat, something malfunctioned and the furnace didn't fire. Danny personally installed a new control board the next day, to no avail; the heat didn't work. He notified Trane and Trane said to replace the furnace, and that was done within a few days. I was assured throughout the process that Robison and Trane would take care of the situation, which they did. Everything is working perfectly now. Our new Trane system with wifi thermostat is definitely an upgrade to our original system.

What a great company to call when needing A/C work done. Had my old unit go out, called them to install a new Trane and have enjoyed all summer since! Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable! Would recommend to all my friends!

Will not go with anyone else. We used airco for years until they goofed up then after that i realized that there were more competive companies out there
Robison air replaced a coil for 1800$ on furnace which was the cheapest quote out of like 8 companies most companies were like 2500 to over 3k just for a coil ... they did an amazing job closing everything up near the furnace n fixing things that the building contractors trying to cut corners thought wasnt important.. will only use them from now on
