We woke up Saturday morning to discover the temperature of our home was in the 40’s. I wasn’t hopeful to have a service call on a Saturday, but Mountain Air responded and sent Chad out to take care of the issues with our furnace. He was kind, polite and I informative. Mountain Air has done work for our home for over the past few years to maintain our current HVAC systems and performed very well. Recently, Mountain Air installed a TRANE 20 SEER variable speed AC unit and TRANE 95% efficient variable speed furnace because our existing system went down & needed replaced. Their work was outstanding and the system is running great; we're looking forward to those reduced utility costs & we're already experiencing the improved comfort & air quality because you can't stop a TRANE.

Everyone involved in the process of the complete replacement of my old system with a new Trane variable heat pump with variable gas furnace were terrific. The sales advisor was very knowledgeable and was a great help in selecting the best system for my home. The installation technicians took their time and did a very professional and comprehensive job. They were friendly and very neat in their work. I signed up for the premium maintenance plan and highly recommend it. Based on my experience, Mountain Air Cooling and Heating is the best company in our area for HVAC needs, and probably beyond that.

Our ac unit stopped working last night. Mountain Air was the first company I called this morning based on reviews and they were able to get to my house within an hour of calling them. Ross came out and was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed me up within about 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future!

The Mountainair Heating and Air Company provides excellent service. They are very prompt and efficient. The workers seem to strive for excellence and satisfaction on behalf of the customer as they take time to explain all their services (both completed and recommended). I was particularly impressed with John and Ross , the maintenence staff that provided routine services in our home today. They were very courteous, professional, as well as informative. They even took the time to speak with my husband about his questions over the phone. Extremely helpful.

I just used Mountain Air for the 1st time today and will definitely call them anytime I need heat & air service! John, the technician was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He not only found the glitch in my thermostat that was causing the problem I called about, he also showed me some wiring in the outside unit that would definitely have shorted out and caused a major problem in the very near future. Mountain Air's fee was less than 1/4 of what another major company had quoted me 6 wks back for the same problem. Thank you John, for fixing my current problem, saving me a future problem and doing both at a very fair cost! I appreciate your great service!

Great people and TOP Quality Products! They absolutely stand behind their service and their products. My parents are elderly and their heat went out and John was there in approximately an hour on a Saturday and had them going.

This is an excellent business to do business with! Michael came to our home and was knowledgeable and personable. The heating was not working properly in our home and the extremely cold weather would have us sleeping in the living room with a space heater tonight if Mountain Air hadn't came to our rescue.
