Mountain Air Cooling & Heating

My son called them last month. Were supposed to check for leaks and check duct work but didn't do either. Charged almost $1000 just for 5 gallons of Freon. Said it was too hot to check duct work. Here it is a month later and system is freezing up and we are out of Freon. Would not recommend!!! Most expensive place we've ever seen!!! Absolutely ridiculous

I've used Mountain Air a handful of times. Every time I'm treated with respect and care. I always feel like they're giving me their best. This most recent time I had them come in to repair a bad duct run. It was by far the most quality work I've ever seen in duct work and I've seen alot in my 35 years. Mountain Air will always get my business.

I have been using Mountain Air's services for around 2 years now. I have personally dealt with John and Zach, and on occasion Chad on the phone. The Mountain Air family has always been professional and honest. Their work is outstanding, the prices/fees are fair and reasonable, and they have always helped work around the busy schedules of life. I have recommended their services to anyone I know who asks about home heating and cooling, and now I'm recommending them to all of you who read this review! If you are in need of their services, or are in the market for a heating/cooling system upgrade don't hesitate, give them a call.

After much thought I decided to install Geothermal in my home. Ultimately I chose Mountain Air because they had made repairs on my old HVAC unit and I liked the guys and their professionalism when they serviced me in the past and they were also a company that has had a presence in my community for many years. I knew they would stand behind their product and work. I'm very pleased with my unit and it has lowered my bill substantially. I would like to personally acknowledge Richard, Lance, and Ross during the install for working late at night to get air on by bedtime. John came by and tested parameters of my unit after a few weeks of service to insure everything worked properly. He was very professional, courteous and thorough. Mountain Air went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, very professional workers, from Zach coming to fix our 24 year old unit. To Mr Ed that did the interview to the installers Craig and Lance. All were great. Treated you like family. Explaining everything as they went along. Couldn't ask for anything better. They never hesitated to answer any questions. Outstanding crew. Awesome customer service and polite professional employees. Had Mountain Air install our Geo unit and it was a new model, had some bugs to work through; they were on top of it and any glitches they fixed them in a very timely manner. Would recommend Mountain Air hands down!! 5 ⭐️

My experience with Mountain Air goes back 20 years when my family purchased a geothermal HVAC unit from them. To keep it in top running condition we also purchased their quarterly service plan. Mountain Air always calls to inform me of their coming first and upon arrival they have always been professional and courteous. Even though my unit is getting pretty old now, it still runs great thanks to the great service techs. Thanks so much Mountain Air! You guys are the best!

Just buying a home and having first time ac trouble these are the people to call! The service technician John is very knowledgeable , friendly , and will be there to walk you through every step of the process. When you call the receptionist Tasha is very friendly and helpful and I would imagine the rest of the staff is very respectful as well. By far the best experience I've ever had when dealing with things of this nature and I will never use anyone else. Great job guys!

It's been about a week since i had my system installed . I originally set up an appointment to get my unit fixed but unfortunately it would cost to much and it was out dated so they set me up an appointment the next day to talk about my next step. Long story short they took some measurements and gave me the the correct unit for my space . Got my stuff order and soon as it came in they set me up for the next morning . they had everything done by noon . I couldn't be more happier with the service received and the unit . Those guys were awesome and very respectful of your place and explained everything. Gave me a run down of how it worked as my old unit simple had a on and off button and this one was all digital . I will use these guys from now and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC help . If your a review reader like me their reviews are top notch thats why i choose them and they exceeded my expectations , so if your on the fence don't be give them a try you want be dissappointed....

Very professional people. Very thorough on initial inspection. During install workers kept me informed of what's going on and got a complete install done within the time window that was given. Highly recommend using them for any and all HVAC needs.
