True Climate Heat + Air

Like most, we needed to have someone come in and do a routine maintenance. Scheduling an appointment was hassle-free, and the representative was very helpful in working with our availability. The technician was on-time, and very efficient. Would definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

It started when I called the lady that answered my call was so professional and nice. I believe her name was Darlin (what a cute name )! However I knew after talking to her that I was going to use their service . Darlin made my appointment for Saturday when I would be home. When John got to my house 15 mins early he had his mask and gloves on and made sure not to touch anything other then my ac. He also made sure he stayed 6 feet away from me or my dogs . How nice and professional that was. 1,000 stars

The guys at True Climate were awesome. They showed up on time and were very friendly and knowledgable. Wasn't sure if I should spend the money on a tune up for my AC, but I'm so glad I did. I've used other HVAC companies before, but True Climate is now my go to!

Called them for a quote to look at our AC. It had been out for over 24 hrs. The tech showed up 3 hours late. He came in the house, looked at our furnace and left as soon as he saw a second HVAC company pull up in the yard. Awful customer service.

They were quick, courteous, and very helpful! They explained everything to me about what needed to be fixed. Would highly recommend this company for all your A/C and heating needs!

Had them come out for a tune up on HVAC. They even changed the filters. System is working better now even with the triple digit temperatures.
