Had them come out to look at replacing a duct. They were two hours late, and then once they came the guy looked at everything and said he would talk to his boss and get back with me. It’s been weeks now and of course he didn’t get back to me. They advertise that they offer duct replacement, but in reality if the job requires anything other than selling you a new unit, they want nothing to do with it. Sad the HVAC industry has turned into such a scam, atleast in Oklahoma City.

Comfort Inc. responded quickly to my request for a replacement condensing unit by surveying my existing equipment and giving me several options without trying to sell me something i did not need. Price was very competitive and equipment was installed in a timely manner.

Tech was on time, called before they came out, and was a little early! I will definitely use them as my HVAC people.

Had them come out to check for air leaks in my house. Paid $125 for them to use the thermal gun. They told me I needed to install another air return and that they would get back to me with an estimate. This was in January. I've called them twice and still have not heard back.

These guys beat all the competitors prices, found a system I wanted that don't normally carry, and worked very hard to put a system in a difficult small space. I will ask for help from them again. Good Job Comfort Incorporated.

I called around noon for a loss of all heating in my home. The temp in my house was 51 degrees. Mekko arrived at my home and just wanted to talk about what was happening with the system. After lisrening, he grabbed his tools and came in to look at the system.
This guy was amazing. He explained, specifics on what was happening with the system. He did a few tests and found the problem was a bad fan motor. He did not try to sell me a $5000 (or more) replacement system for my 12 year old unir. He did not try to tack on a bunch of nonsense. He for the quotes and we got the repair done. When he re-installed the fan assembly, it was somewhat louder some noise that he was not satisfied with. He pulled everything back out and made some adjustments until the sound he heard had gone.
Menlo was nor only a consummate professional but very knowledgeable and courteous. He displayed a great deal of honesty and integrity as well. This company supports military veterans as well.
Will not ever use any company for HVAC needs other than Comfort Inc.
WONDERFUL COMPANY.
Ask them to send Menlo for your call!

This has to be THE WORST customer experience i've ever gotten in my LIFE!! i called to schedule an appointment as a paying customer and get completely shut down and told that they will not service me, than the owner, a mr. Steven i believe calls me back as requested, and showed me no care in the situation, asked me if i felt better after complaining. well no, i do not.. also tells me that the wonderful thing about america is that i can find service elsewhere.. well yea i am absolutely going to find service elsewhere!! after being treated like that, i'm going to make sure that this company gets no business!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

so i filed a complaint yesterday, and i guess that no one at this company cares enough to do anything about it?? sounds like i'm putting up another bad google review and i'm calling carrier to file a second complaint on this company, this will continue until i feel like this company has proven themselves different with your customer care
