Trenton and the whole staff was great from start to finish with no sale pressure. Trenton cared about my wants and needs for my home. He listened and provided me with several professional options. Clean up was great as well! I will continue using KTR for all of my heating and air needs.

This lunatic cuts me off in traffic, so I throw the standard bird to show my displeasure with his poor driving. Instead of just moving on, knowing his driving was poor.... he swerves at me, brake checks, and tries to run me off the road multiple times on I-40 with my 3 little kids in the vehicle with me. This person is borderline psycho, if I would not have made emergency braking and maneuvers there definitely would have been a high speed collision. Mind you, he was in his company vehicle with logos and banners all over it. Can you be any more stupid? I reported this incident to the police. I was NOT on my phone. The owner's response below fails to address his insane behavior that would have absolutely resulted in a collision had I not braked and swerved several times trying to avoid him while he attempted to use his vehicle as a battering ram. UNHINGED ROAD RAGE. I do hope they have cameras. All I did was flip him off. I am not lying and have 3 witnesses, he is lying.

In this Oklahoma heat, it was such a blessing to have Mr. Trenton Brown show up with last minute notice and get my AC unit back up and running. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and got my house cool again! Thank you sir.

Trent came to my home and was personable, kind and very knowledgeable about the service provided and he answered all my questions. He also had two helpers that also provides service and help. I will call again when I need help or just have questions.
