There are heat and air companies... and then there is Waggoners', the true professionals. When you call, they respond so quickly it's amazing. They installed my heating and air system, and wow what wonderful installers, they know what they're doing. Anytime I have a problem, they're quick to hop right on it. These are the people you need if you're looking for a new system... or if you're just needing repairs to what you have. Great folks.

I am not petty. I try to be fair. I was out of the country and my AC went out in a rent house. My tenant could not get a hold of me so she called Waggoners. They came and fixed the problem and were fast and nice about it. The problem is they use the book to bill you. The problem was a dirty system, Coil, filters, etc. I think they also did the normal checks and replaced a fuse not sure, tenant said it was small and round and the receipt is hard to read. Bill $315, time on ground 30 minutes or less according to tenant. They charge 100 for clean coil, 115 for 35/5 compression( I think thats what it says). maybe thats a compression test. and 94 for something else I can't read, tenant says it was fuse or something. I am sure they are competent but they are pricey. 3 stars is all I can do and I rate every service I use. I just had my regular guy come over and replace a fan motor that cost 239 ( I saw the receipt) and a fuse, and clean everything and run the checks and my bill was 325. He came twice and probably worked 1.5 hours total. He is fast and good. If Waggoner did the same thing he did I imagine my bill would have been close to 700. Waggoners seems to know what they are doing and move quickly. Just pricey. not dishonest because the book is what the book is.

Review Edit from 1 star to 5 star. After talking with Waggoners, the problem has been resolved. Tech came out, diagnosed the problem (which was an odd one to begin with), went and got a part and installed it. Would use them again.

Our AC went out with no warning, just turned off and never cycled back on. I called around, and no one was available until next week. One guy came out and said he didn't do attics. The Waggoners tech who came out was very nice, friendly, and had our AC fixed in less than an hour. It was VERY inexpensive, and our house is cooling off now. !yay AC!

Never have I had a more friendly and helpful experience than with Waggoners technicians. Greg and David are by far the best techs I have ever had out to my house to make sure my heat and air were working properly. Thank you both very much and thank you Waggoners for having the best!

Our upstairs AC unit gave up the ghost last night - nothing like waking up in a sauna. I called Waggoner's at 8:00 this morning, was told a repairman would be out between 1:30 - 4:00 and would call first. He got done with his other jobs early, called, was here by 11:00 and had everything up and running within a half hour. It was a capacitor. Jay was professional, friendly, and efficient! It's already cooling down upstairs (was 84) and I highly recommend Waggoner's to everyone! Total cost was only a few dollars more than the cost just to come out by Air Comfort! Used them once and got gouged. Wagoners is great and seems to care.

Cody came to fix my thermostat, right on time, clean and friendly, fixed it w in 20 minutes, it was locked out

He was very helpful to teach me some things i didnt know about it, smiling all the time , when i said thankyou for this , he said oh no , thats what im here for, you have a great rest of your day

My heat decided to quit at 8pm on a Friday night. I called and almost immediately a tech called and came out. Darryl was very professional and courteous he had the unit up and running in no time. I recommend Waggoners to anyone.

Terrible application process didn't even look at my stuff.
