I called Waggoners’ to give me an estimate on repairing my air conditioner in June 2019. It is important to note that Waggoners’ charges a fee to give a repair estimate but if you are wanting new equipment they do not. I was told by the office since I was calling them out to repair the system there would be a charge for the estimate. Which I was fine with because if I had them do the work, they would discount the repair by what I paid and I had already decided if the price was fair, they would do the work. They sent out Derek Mason. When Derek got done with the estimate, he said the repair would be about $1500. He did not write down the price of the repair (even though I asked him too) so I don’t remember the exact price. Instead he ignored my request and went on with his pitch to get me to buy brand new equipment and did not want to talk about the repair at all, which is all I was interested in. He wrote down several options for getting new equipment but nothing about the repair except he wanted to get the $94 repair estimate charge. He verbally quoted a price for the repair but insisted I get new over and over again. I told him we would look at our money situation and call with what we deicide to do. Our budget would not allow new equipment yet so we went with repair. I called Derek the next day and told him we wanted the repair. He insisted he never gave me and estimate for repair and that he always writes down repair estimates so he could not have given me a repair estimate. He got angry and started calling me a liar and cussing me out. When he started that I gave as good as I got and hung up the phone. After the call I got to thinking WHY DID I PAY THE REPAIR ESTIMATE FEE? He is saying he never did a repair estimate. Since that made it a sales call NOT a repair call there should be no fee. I called the office and explained to them. They said in that case I would be right and they would look into it then call me back. I have called several times and of course have not be called back at all. It has been over a year now.
We had an issue during the severe cold mid February. Called Waggoner’s and explained my situation. They were amazingly responsive. Someone was out to evaluate the situation within a couple of hours. Shortly thereafter two other gentlemen arrived with the parts and began working. They had us up and running before they left for the evening. Great service, professional, polite, and efficient. Thank you Brian, Blake, and Jay for the excellent service.
Waggoner's was simply amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional service. They found the issue right away and offered a very quick & reasonably priced repair. No high pressure sales or needless service. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
On 04/19/2021, I had Waggoners give me an estimate to replace my hot water heater. I explained that I wanted new hot water heater exactly like the one that was being replaced. The closet that the hot water heater fits in, is in the garage and is made to fit a tall hot water heater. They sent a new crew that brought a short hot water heater, that barely fits in the closet. They did not have the right tools or the right valve and had to leave to go get the right supplies. None of the vents, relieve valve drain, drain pan drain, and gas valves fit correctly and had to be modified, The technician stood on the drain pan to hook up the vent and shut off valve that bent the drain pan. Due to the circumference of the hot water heater, it is had to relieve the pressure release valve and the water shut off valve. The day of the install, the inspection permit had not been pulled. I was told they emailed it over the morning or the install, but the permit office states that not permit had been pulled. The permit office stated that the permit was suppose to be pulled before the job was started. They do not listen to the customer and do not seem to car what the consumer thinks, only stating that is what you paid for, They need to do a better job listening to the customer.
Waggners came out and replaced my ac/ furnace and the plenum under the slab in my dining room. They did an amazing job! My house is freezing cold and the concrete they laid back looks perfect! The techs they sent out were professional and kind. Thank you guys!

We had a bit of an emergency recently where our AC completely broke while it was pretty hot outside. They came out very quickly to assess the problem and had a new unit installed for us the next day.
I’m the person who usually only leaves a review when something went wrong. However, I was extremely pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone. I had water flood the duct work in my foundation. I called just about EVERYONE who would install new duct work in the attic. They were very reasonable and had the best price by far. Only 1/3 the cost of some companies. Not to mention, they installed all new duct work AND a new unit for the same cost as it would have been for another company to just seal the old ones. After their service, they even called back to make sure everything was working perfectly! They not only do a great job at installation but also make sure their work is done right! Reliable company at a fantastic price! I would highly recommend them over ANY HVAC contractors serving the Norman area.
I have used Waggoner a few times, but they are getting 2 days behind before they can send a tech. I realize it is summer, but 2 days wait is not an option this time..I waited the last time, but it is the same problem again. It was fully service 1 month ago, and same problem...After I left a review, they called and offered a tech early the next morning, so I am pleased. Their work always seems good, but getting an appt might be more difficult in very hot weather. They DID WAVE THE SERVICE CALL BECAUSE IT WAS WITHIN A MONTH OF LAST SERVICE, so that was kind that they want to make service right.
Waggoners came to the rescue when 10 of my apartments had AC issues. Worked out a fantastic deal and jumped right on the job. They understood the importance of quick action. Amy stayed in great communication with me throughout the entire project and didn't hesitate to answer the phone when I called, no matter what time. Brian was quick to provide me with anything I needed and I already have them working on additional projects because of their great service and price! Highly highly recommend!
