I've used this company several times in the past not only for my home but for another house I manage. They've been flexible with me and have been able to fit me in a few times sooner than I anticipated when they had a cancellation near me. They show me and explain the issue(s) to me and I've never felt take advantage of. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of heat/air work done.

Emerald put in our heat and air system 3 years ago. We remodeled an older house and there wasn't much attic space (the very old system was run under the house). Emerald was the only company willing to run the system in the attic and they still charged us a good price. Any time we've called for service, they've typically been out within 24 hours. And everyone we've worked with has been extremely nice and knowledgeable (taking the time to explain any questions and tell us the best ways to extend the life of filters, the system, etc.) I would definitely recommend this company.

Emerald is the best! We have used Sarah for years and always appreciate her hard work and kindness. She thoroughly explains what is wrong and how she is going to fix the problem. She is very trustworthy and always does a great job!
