Called at 4:00 pm, no heat! Techs had it fixed by 6:00pm! Techs were polite and explained the issue clearly. Great service!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Emerald was great about masking without our having to ask. They are professional, expert, and conscientious. They also schedule us quickly. We had complications with one repair and they followed-up & fixed 'em within a very few hours.

Update: we've relied on Emerald again, this time for the installation of a new AC & furnace unit. The installation team was great: professional, polite, & efficient. We're grateful to have a cool home in August in Oklahoma.
