I’ve used Mike with Elite Air for the past 3 years. He always does a great job and I know he will charge a fair price. For my most recent job, he determined that a duct needed to be resized and extended to provide adequate HVAC for my renovation project. I feel like other contractors would have tried to sell me on a new mini split or larger AC, but he really focuses on what is best for the customer and not his pocket. It’s rare to find someone like that in construction these days.

Been a loyal customer for 3 years now. Mike always bring high professionalism and top quality service. We have an old furnace that seemed to be on the last leg but after a throughout inspection, all it needed was some oil and it sounded and worked like new. We continue to use Elite for our Heat and Air needs and hope other would to, just to experience the type of service quality you picture in your head when it comes time for the service call.

Mike, with Elite Heat & Air, came to my townhouse to check out why my air conditioning unit was blowing warm air. He found the unit to be very old & in need of replacement. I had the same problem a year before. I'm leasing so the cost would not have been on me.

I have to include this, the older orher guy last year added coolant to the unit which helped me ride out the remainder of the summer. Well, to my surprise, after I requested anyone other than the other guy, a young man, Mike with Elite H & A called me. I had respect for him instantly because he refused to add coolant to the unit like the other guy. He did not make excuses to avoid going on top of my roof, like the other guy. He also told me the coolant would slowly leak out into the atmosphere, which is unhealthy & very bad for the environment. Mike is a young man who goes by the book, he's honest, decent, caring & kind. You won't regret calling him.

He replied quickly after I called in the problem, he called to set up a good time to meet with me, & the problem was resolved soon after that. I hadn't felt cold air conditioning in this house since I moved here in 2016. My air conditioning unit is working so well, I'm very happy with it & the temperature is consistently perfect.

Excellent service!! Just moved to Oklahoma from Wyoming and bought a house. Second day here the central air went out 😕 Mike was here within a couple of hours and fixed the problem in no time! He took the time to show me what was wrong and how to use the wall control on the inside. Very friendly and fast service! Will most definitely recommend to everyone!! Very reasonably priced!! A couple days later I blew a fuse and he was there within 30 minutes to help me out !! Thank you so much Mike!!!

Called them on Sunday and left a message. They returned my call within an hour. Scheduled for Monday morning. Mike was on time, assessed the problem, explained the problem and solution, got the needed part and fixed it, and it was running again in less than 2 hours. This is the second time I’ve used them (the first was for the furnace) and would recommend them to anyone! They are reasonably priced and honest.

Mike came right away and worked on our unit until late at night to get it working. His hourly rate is low compared to other companies we have used, and his Freon price is way below what others now charge for R-22. Recommend him highly.

Excellent service, and will call again. He worked around my schedule, quickly diagnosed the problem, and was totally un-intrusive while working. He even stayed to show us things we can do to maintain the system and avoid future problems after he finished! It was a great experience and I'll definitely be recommending Mike's services to others I know!

Mike responded quickly to the initial call and arrived within the hour. Assessed and provided a temporary fix, providing heat immediately, while he got a new part. Replacement was installed before we could finish breakfast! Thank you for the speedy service and keeping my family warm Mike!

Bought my first home and ran into some problems with the drain pan filling up a lot and the AC shutting off when the safety switched sensed the water. They came out very quickly and took pictures of what they found and how to fix it. I was reassured and felt confident in them every step of the way since they took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to comprehend and I didn’t feel like I was being scammed for unnecessary services. Very professional and polite! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Mike was awesome! Our upstairs unit was not cooling properly and Mike fit us into his schedule. He was able to tell us that nothing was wrong with the system itself, the outside unit just needed to be sprayed off so it could breathe. We will definitely keep Mike in mind next time!
