Made an appointment online when my 26 year old unit failed to cool. Mike was on time, very informative, and in the end recommended replacement. Scheduled a time to replace the unit and again was very clear and communicative throughout the entire process. His attention to detail is unmatched and he really takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Mike at Elite Air for any HVAC needs!
