Left a couple voicemails and text messages and no response. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to you after your purchase. Just a simple response could have fix this but had to call another hvac company and they got me going in one call. To late now.

Mike is very responsive, on time and fix the problem that the other guy just give up and left! Would definitely use his service again if I ever have AC/Heat problem!

The first cold snap and our furnace wouldn’t work. We had used Elite Air Heating and Air Conditioning last year. I called and Mike Phillips returned my call almost immediately. He checked our furnace and determined there was not an issue with it, but with the thermostat, and in just a minute with an adjustment or two, he had everything working again. I had expected a major repair was necessary but that was not the case. He is everything you want in an HVAC technician; knowledgeable, experienced, and honest!! I will call him every time!

I wish I could double the 5 stars to 10! I have had many heat and air repairs on many homes over the years. For the past 2 years, Mike Phillips at Elite Air - Heating and Air Conditioning has been my go-to guy. He is so professional and thorough. He really knows his business well and quickly finds the issues that need fixing. He explains all the options for the repair so I can choose how to proceed. He is extremely fair on his pricing too! He responds quickly to my calls and gets to the repair job faster than any I have ever used. I wish I started using him 10 homes ago! On top of that, Mike is such a NICE guy! Very personable. He's earned my business and my TRUST. A great guy with a great company. I highly recommend Mike and Elite Air.

We had Elite Air come out to our home, due to our air not blowing cold. Called and I recieved a return call in a very timely manner. I discussed my issue with Mike and he was able to come out and see what our issue was within the hour. He checked the system thoroughly and discussed the issue with us and gave a quote before any work was done. He was able to fix the issue, and then he made sure that everything was working accurately before leaving. I would definitely recommend a thousand times! Mike was friendly, easy to talk to and made things understandable for us. Will alway call in the future!!

Mike with Elite Heating & Air Conditioning is a life saver! He has come out to repair both of our units and goes the extra mile to ensure we’re happy with the repair and even explains what he found. One of the best things about this business, outside of their friendly and professional staff, is their responsiveness. I reached out on Monday night when our house was 79 degrees and Mike had us scheduled at 8 am the very next morning. I can honestly say this is one of the only HVAC companies that cares about you and your family personally and doesn’t try to add ridiculous extras onto your bill. Excellent company!! Our vents were starting to cave in and blow up sand and our furnace was pretty old so we got a few quotes from different companies. Elite Air gave us the best quote and just finished the job today. Took them 3.5 days to do the entire job (seemed quick! They estimated 3-5 days). It was the owner and one other guy that did the job. These two were both beyond professional & very knowledgeable! We have had several contractors just not show up or call back. The owner let’s you know when he is arriving (which I really appreciate) and updates you after each day what they got completed and the plan for the next day. They worked non stop this week (we’ve have some contractors here just messing around and taking forever to do something). I will hands down recommend this company to anyone that needs their furnace and ducts re done, glad we found this company!!
