Rick sent in Dustin to install light circuits. Jobs were not done correctly. Undersized the wire purposely to make more money. They overcharged for the work and now will not answers calls to fix the problem. These guys are crooks. Do not use them unless you want to get screwed.

They didn't insulate our condensation line on our brand new house. I called them on the coldest day of the year when our heater broke. I was told they would be here at 8 am, then noon then they would call me back. They never showed. Sloppy work and poor communication run from them.

Can’t say enough good things about the A1 technicians!!! They not only fixed my heater in record time but helped me when my got stuck in the snow not once but twice!!! Appreciate all they did for me!!! God bless!!!

This place is operated by a bunch of clowns! Poor service and very unprofessional. Put my system in a new home and the furnace caught on fire. Then after replacing that my house wouldnt cool. They couldnt figure it out so i had to show them that put to much ducting and it was wadded up and no air could pass through. I have had problems with the system from day one and they told sorry but our warranty is up and never came back to fix all the problems. Saving to get a new system from a company that knows what they are doing, or at least one that has a monkey that could do the work rather than these idiots!

I am speechless about how professional they are. A guy show up for 30 minutes can't find any problems and blame on my insulation causing the warm air. He does not even know how to work my thermostat! After I had a different company came by a few hours later found out the compressor is not even spinning. If A1 air specialist don't know I rather he tells me the truth. Don't blame on other things. My other AC guys found 3 leaks and filmed it. If you want a huge joke on AC service they are the right choice.

Our a/c went out Friday night (summer on Oklahoma City 2012-Extremely hot) Explained to dispatch this is an emergency as elderly senior citizen is in house with no a/c and she needs cool air to help her breathe..tech called within 15 minutes-came out to house-examined unit motor upstairs in attic...said the motor was burned out and needed to be replaced. I said absolutely yes...the cost was 550.00...replaced unit...worked fine until we woke up this morning and it's is 80 degrees in house.I called AND documentd each time I called the emergeny @ but no one called back. I called the tech phone number as I had it in my cell phone at 6:55 am and left message..he never called me back. I kept calling customer service-no one called me back. I called the tech again at 8:46am and he answered and said he was in church and that he'd call me back atfter church. Why didn't he call me to let me know he got my call and that he would get back with me after church in the first place?? Lousy Lousy customer service....there are health issues here and it's like A-1 doesn't give a damn....

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Said a part had to be ordered and came back the next day after multiple calls to them and brought the wrong part! Then said they were closed till Monday so my family was left in the cold all weekend with 6 degree temps. Unacceptable and VERY POOR SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I would NEVER recommend this company and steer clear, you have been warned if you are reading this.

I love the way the guys came out they were very clean very thorough explained a lot of things about my unit to me reminded me of how to schedule my EPA visits and my twice yearly checks on my system

The new build home had a system, installed by A1, and it the motor burned out. The house filled with smoke and A1 was recalled to replace the 5 month old system. Once the new system was install, the folks FORGOT to seal the return vent and the rain fell in. Now the hall light is filled with water and being replaced too. Focus lads, peoples lives are at stake.

Great place to work! If you need anything electrical or heat and air done. They'll get it done, one of the best by far!!
