Richard from A1 came out today and addressed an issue with our heater. He quickly diagnosed the problem and luckily he had the spare parts in his truck. He was prompt/professional and very knowledgeable. Felt very lucky to get him as a technician. He had good social skills too. Easy to talk to. Overall a great experience. Thank you Rick!

Service tech was good. I've been calling for 4 working days with no call back. Only goes to voice-mail but no call back after leaving messages on each attempt. I just have a question regarding the invoice and my home warranty plan. After getting second opinions I called back but they didn't want to come back out or relook. Definitely tried to bamboozle 2k for fake repairs

Had a blower motor go out they came out fast and replaced it within a reasonable time. I have no complaints the techs were nice and friendly, will definitely use them again.

Service from the technicians is exceptional. I've made 3 calls though to the office and been told that Carla will call me back. I'm due a refund from a prepayment. Still haven't gotten a call back.

I understand that customers can have both good and bad experiences with the same company. I felt compelled to write a review because A1 charged $175 to add (2) locking caps when they were already out to conduct warranty work. We shopped around and found out the normal cost is about $15 ea. so we called to confront Mike. He said "Have a blessed day." Basically be warned, they will take advantage of you.

We have used them since we moved into our new home 5½ years ago. They fixed some mistakes our builder's contractor made and they have come out to check our system twice a year since. They are always prompt and friendly. Their yearly service price did go up over 25% this year.

Very friendly and professional! My heater quit and the only part available was in Edmond. They went out of their way to get the part down here to Norman and had my heater fixed the same day! Truly the best customer service!

Just a strange bit of information on a truck of yours. There was one guy on a Monday I believe stopped at 3 different people's house that I know. He took no tools in was only there 15 minutes a piece. When I asked my girlfriend who is married. I was told that Gary makes house calls. I'm not even believing that a great company like A1 would not check time a and mileage of drivers. I see trouble for your company in the future they are all married.

Every time their staff have been out to look into & resolve an issue they have always gone the extra mile to take care of the issues in a rapid, honest manner. 100% recommend choosing A1 first for any of your heat, air, and electricity needs!!!!!

Its a good place. Carla, mike, carl, Johnathan and rick are all pretty great people to work for and with. There residential supervisors is the reason i left after all the years i spent employed there over all easy 4 stars with room to grow.
