Our air conditioning unit was not cooling. I called at 9 o’clock on a Saturday evening. They were here that night and had the unit up and running. I am very grateful for them, as it was the hottest day we’ve had this summer. I will recommend their service to anyone needing trustworthy and reliable service.

who were willing to fit me in. Excellent response time. Efficient A/C technician. I had little or no A/C and technician serviced and cleaned the unit. Brought a very long water hose with him that could be run from a backyard faucet. Restored A/C in this triple digit heat. Notified me both phones he was on his way so I could make it home when he was on the way. All in all excellent.

Miller/Noble made an emergen y call to my 86 yoa mither in laws. Her A/C had been out for 2 days. The guy that came out waa great at his job. He was professional and knowledgeable. He knew what was wrong and fixed my 86 yoa mother in laws A/C. Thank you for your prompt response to my call.

I called them at 5:30 PM and a tech answered on the first ring. After describing the problem, he said the on call tech would be at my house shortly. That person, LaMont, called in less than 30 minutes and arrived shortly thereafter. A pleasnt young man, Lamont went to the roof and made a quick diagnosis. The repair part, a capacitor, was installed and he mentioned it was under warranty. Finally, my neighbor saw his truck in the driveway and asked him to look at her HVAC since it was struggling. He did so and repaired her unit as well. She and her 96 year old mother were very appreciative and I was amazed. Miller and Noble prvide a level of service most companies dream about but rarely do. Again, amazing.

AC stopped working on a Sunday morning. Called Miller/Noble around 11am and Todd the service technician arrived about 3pm. After a thorough diagnosis, he had us back up and running in less than an hour. Super friendly and professional. Will continue to use Miller/Noble!

The people down at Bill Miller and Noble heating and air have always done me right. Great response time, very knowledgeable, excellent customer service. During these times of covid they took the proper precautions to keep everyone safe. My techs Lemont and Flo fixed both my issues in record breaking time and clean up once finished. I will definitely continue to give them my service.
