Made an appointment for Thursday and Friday to have at and air installed they did not show up Thursday as they stated that they were going to then showed up after 10 o'clock on Friday called me at work said they needed more Room in the attic and that that was going to cost me more money or they would come back another day I said I was on my way home to accommodate and make the needed room and they just packed up did not say anything to my wife did not call me very unprofessional
