If you are looking for an air service, call Cody! He is not a pushy salesman, but a great service provider. He offers a “second opinion” free of charge. If you have a quote, might as well call Cody for a second opinion. I would say that he is knowledgeable in his field and hones, plus he actually cares for his customers. Highly recommend Cody Frost.

Cody came out after A- Best Air failed to come out and check my furnace this season even though I had been paying them to do so. Cody did not just come out and check my system, he went above and beyond and checked my fire detectors. We thought we had a carbon monoxide detector and fire detector combination. Well we did not. He could have very well saved our lives because he took the extra step. This is the reason why Frost Air will be my go to heat &air company from now on!!!!!!! Thank you Cody!

Frost Air Services has done a great job on our heat pump. Cody was diligent and helped us get our new thermostat working. He did research on his own time to figure out our old wonky system.

Cody and David were on time and worked diligently to install the new AC unit. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning the air ducts and vents and let us know if there were any repairs that needed to be done. I would highly recommend them!

Two of the major companies blew me off and kept delaying my appt...I panicked! I have end stage heart failure and the heat is dangerous for me. I called Frost and never mentioned my health just asked if they could get me in. It was around 11:40 I think and and my appt was set for 1:30pm same day! Blaine was at my house way before 1:00 and fixed it quickly. VERY AFFORDABLE!! Super nice people. 1000/10 will call again. Thank you! My house is already cold :)

Our HVAC died during a heat wave in July (isn't that always how it happens?). We contacted Frost for HVAC repairs originally. They were able to identify several issues and provided us with several options in terms of repair or replacements.

Ultimately we decided to go with purchasing a new HVAC unit. We shopped around with several companies but none were as reasonable as Frost's quote.

The two technicians and the owner were extremely responsive, going above and beyond to communicate with us and even a neighbor who wandered over during the installation with questions. They provided us with maintenance options but were not pushy.

Our HVAC unit has had zero issues since (it is now October) and we are overall thrilled with Frost's service and products. We enthusiastically recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.
