We called a number of places when our air conditioning went out in the middle of a heat wave Not only did Cody come out same day but he called us and asked if he could come earlier.He got right to work and fixed the unit within an hour.His quality of work is right on point, His prices are extremely reasonable and he is an amazingly friendly professional hard working businessman.Thank you so much Cody! We will recommend you to anyone with hvac problems.You saved us from melting and we are grateful!

My air conditioner quit cooling. I called frost air because they came recommended to me. Called the office at 11:00 in the morning and they came out same day, diagnosed the issue and installed the replacement part. Very professional the guys know what they are doing. You won’t be disappointed. Excellent on all levels.

Great team! Quick service, was easy to get on their schedule. They respected our home and cleaned up after. We needed our ducts cleaned and it took about 1 hour and a half (like Cody said it would). Cost was about 400 but that was expected. Also veteran friendly company!

I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get us up and running just a few hours later. They didn’t mind me following them around asking questions and were very courteous, very professional. I’ve never really dealt with having to add refrigerant to a system but price was better than what a friend in BA was charged by another company. I will definitely use them again should any future issues arise.

This is one of the best companies I have dealt with. They were able to get me on their schedule the same day I called, even though it was extremely busy due to the abnormally high temperatures. They were on time, professional, courteous and efficient. Sean quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with my ac unit. Going forward, they will be my first call if/when I am in need of ac/heat related services.

Came home to NO a/c & 85 degrees in house today. We had a next day appt but the schedule changed & they made it same day. Praise the lord. Professional & worked hard to get it fixed. VERY reasonably priced and willing to work with our home warranty (2 larger companies told me no & offered 2 days out to come give est) so grateful & will 100% use them for any future issues.

Really excellent customer service. Sean and Blane were friendly and knowledgeable and quick. Throughout the process, they explained what they were doing and why. They were also very cool about listening to my questions and answering them in full. I’m glad to know about Frost. A great local business.

Picked Frost because I had an AC go out on a late Friday afternoon a few weeks ago. They were the first to provide NEXT DAY service. Since then they have come back, generally free of charge, to check up on other issues with our system. The system was old and gave up the ghost, and we used them to put in a brand new system. However we were without AC in 2022 July heat. They even provided some temporary portable units to help keep the pets from overcool which we parked in a hotel for a few days. Ultimately, new system, works perfectly. They're professional, responsive, and pretty good folks. They are my HVAC folks now.

Great company, came out multiple times to try to eke our old unit along until we could get the new one delivered. They even lent us portable air conditioners to keep our pets safe during the heat wave. Highly recommended!!!!!

Cody and Shawn and their helper has been to our home twice to fix two different problems . Did a great job and will not hesitate to give them a call for any other problem I have. Great job guys..
