Hunter Super Techs HVAC, AC Repair, UV Lights Edmond OK

Neil was our tech. He replaced my Heater and my Air unit all by himself. He was so fast. I believe he was here for 6.hrs, roughly. As fast as he was working it still looked perfect when he was done. He had it coming out of our vents at 32°. So it was all working perfect as well. My new units look so good. Thank you, Neil, for knowing what your doing and being so proficient about it. He also loaded my old units and hauled them away. Good hard working tech!!! Thank you, again.

We have used Hunter in the past and were very pleased with the service provided and recommended them to lots of our friends. The problem with our system today turned out to be in the attic and took less than 40 min to complete. All he had to do to fix the problem was to drain water from the pan in the attic and blow it out with a shop vac. He came and knocked on the door and asked my husband, who has cancer, to help him dump the water so he wouldn't have to climb up and down the ladder and then charged us $394 because the job was "so difficult". We will no longer be using Hunter nor will we recommend them to anyone else.

First off the receptionist was very professional and polite in what she does. (I think her name was Brooke) I always say the receptionist is who really makes a company thrive or fail...and she definitely makes the company! 💖 Shane was amazing! He was up front and honest about everything and explained everything in terms i understood. It was more of a friendship conversation instead of a business conversation. He was very professional and represented the company in an astonishing way! You're very lucky to have such a great member on your team. Thank you Shane!

I enjoyed talking with the tech assigned to our repair. He was very knowledgeable and easy to get answers from. Very pleased so far.

José was very polite and efficient, even looping my hose back on the hook after I had pulled it out for him to clean my a/c unit. Hunter techs are good about letting me know what repairs may come up in the next year or so, while not pushing anything I don't need. I like being able to trust them.

Theses are great folks to deal with. Very prompt and professional. No upsells or BS. A real pleasure to do business with!

They are out of Ardmore but have 5 or so locations in the State. Called Hunter to get a quote for replacement of my central heat and air. They made an appointment to come out at 1pm. 1pm came and there was no Hunter, but a missed call/voicemail asking whether I was home. The number given to call back was a call center. I called their office and was rudely told that "we always make appointments with two hour windows," so the arrival time for my "appointment" was between 1 and 3pm. The woman talked over me and dismissed my protest that a 1pm appointment had been agreed on with a named female in their office.

How rude and unprofessional! If it's this bad before they get my business, how bad are they going to be if I become a customer?

Needless to say, I will not be doing business with these people.
