Davis Air Conditioning

I have used Davis A/C for about 15 years now. They installed a unit for me in 2009 and now in 2019 the capacitor went out, still under warranty for 3 more years. The staff are great. GeoThermal or Heat pump, they have you covered.

Terrible service. I called for a tech yesterday at 12:30 advised one would be here that afternoon. I called back at 4:30, was told they forgot to put my order in and it would be 8:00 the next morning. Tech showed up at 8, repaired unit and left. At 9:00 it was 80 degrees in office. I called again and tech returned, looked at unit said he had to go get a part this was 10am. I called at 12:30 to check status was told he would be back in the afternoon. Horrible service. Do not use this company.

The people there were very helpful, courteous,and very professional.

I had an old wall heater since mid 70s Davis luckily found the part it needed,installed it works great,maybe last another 45 yrs,the service men were awesome an so kind, keeped me informed on the time the would be there an other info,Davis worked on my mom's unit,same way awesome.

Can't keep appointments VERY rude techs curse u out when you do get ahold of them to find out were there at we we are out if heat and have been over 3 days have senior animals and senior people I do not recommend

These guys came in on a day that I know they will be busy and fixed my central heat while it was snowing and 30 degrees , I am so thankful and will use them again and recommend them to anyone

The company came out for fema estimate on repair due to ice storm Feb 2021, very nice, honest, was expecting thousands of dollar and was only two parts.

Great technicians and friendly service. Honest company.

Multiple service calls problem still NOT resolved. Filed mechanics lien because would not pay for ineffective work.
