I am a retired contractor. The owner helped me a lot on the front end of this project to develop a plan for an unusual install. His input yielded a simpler and more efficient plan while also saving me a fair amount of money. The DeHart installation crew was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They were in the main living space of my house for five days working around my family and were very easy to have around. DeHart did an excellent job for a reasonable price.

Called before they opened. They called as soon as they opened and tech was at my house within the hour! Amazing service. Tech was professional, friendly and knowledgeable! AC was working correctly within 30 minutes. So very thankful for fast reliable service in this Oklahoma heat!

They were great! Got here fast and fixed the problem. I don’t remember the young man’s name but he did a great job and was very polite and knowledgeable and it was a really good price. I’ll be having them do my semi annual maintenance from now on.

One of my employees scheduled an appointment for them to come out and look at a mini-split that is not holding a vacuum and has leaked all the freon.

Thier driver called me at approximately 9:16 am, stating that he was at the front gate. Our property is approx 1 mile long, so it took me 5 mins to get to the gate to give him access, he was nowhere to be seen. I attempted to call him, to verify he was at the correct location, no answer, sent him, their tech, Shawn a text message as well. At 9:26 am he called back, immediately went into specs of the job, questions, which I discerned, to be for justifying his actions of leaving. I asked him if he was on site or if he had left, which he stated that he had left. At which time, I bid him have a nice day and thank you.

I immediately contacted DeHart's main office, with whom the apt was scheduled, advised them of events. I spoke to Angie, who stated that he was there for over 20 mins, etc., but never received a call upon his arrival, apparently only after the decision was made to leave, then he went into the specs of the job, which was a repair as stated above, again attempting to justify their position.

As I run several businesses, I advised Angie of the two options. One, a refund is issued for the $100 fee, or not. There's no need to quantify any actions, as its clear of their position.

I usually do not write reviews, but in this case, I felt it prudent, as I consider those in these times who do not have excess funds to waste, especially our vets or elderly. I would expect any business to have employees/workers who do not wish to find a way to make free money at the expense of others. The tech (Shawn) is, as I presume being paid hourly, therefore has no motivation, let alone the ethical purview to accomplish his job. I am always on the lookout for any employee who has these traits, for DeHart, if one of their reps is reading this, you should already know that if an employee is willing to cut one corner, they will cut many corners, and in the end cost you more income/money than they are worth.

Given Angie's position, it seemed like this was a norm in the status quo, but I presume, and unfortunate for them, if this had been a large job, their attitudes would have been completely different, in the context of, "The customer is always right". It was a screening for two larger jobs as I am having a home built here on my property and already have a facility built in the front that will be GMP certified, which I am looking for all the contractors currently. This is why I always have smaller projects done before I execute a larger, more costly, project.

I hope this helps anyone looking to have any HVAC work done in the near future.

I had a good first experience back in May at which time I signed up for their maintenance plan which was supposed to provide certain perks. “Preferred customer service”…as explained it meant if my HVAC system went down I would be placed higher on work list. Friday, July 15, my geo unit quit, after hours, so I went and purchased a window unit to tide me over till I could get it fixed. Monday, I called shortly after 8 am and asked to get a quote for a Flow control center with 2 pumps. I was told they had a lot of calls, but I would hear back with quote. I called back around 4 because I had not heard from them…no response answer or response after being forwarded to Chickasha office. Called again, Tuesday before 9, told I would hear back soon. Roughly after 1 on Tuesday I got my quote “3100ish” over the phone. I questioned the price of part because of what I had researched online and did not understand $900 difference. I was told that I could not purchase my own part, so I requested a written quote with my VA tax exemption and “maintenance plan” discount sent to my email. Nothing, nodda, crickets for days. Mind you it had been weeks of 100 degree temps, on going 100 degree temps, but nothing from them. So, I took matters into my own hands and got the pump station replaced and attempted to get DeHart to at least flush the system…simple I thought. I go in on Friday at 430 requested service, scheduled for July 26 am. About 45 minutes later I get a call from manager who provided “ish” quote and was told I was fired as a customer…I was not compatible with his branch/company. I requested a refund from him and rationale…”take it up with Chickasha office, they can take care of you”. Well that was a lie…turns out they operate a coordinated group. After 2 days of back and forth with Chickasha office, I was given refund but they would not provide any service to me.

**Do Not purchase the maintenance agreement it’s a scam. Do Not expect timely responses or question their prices or you too will be FIRED***

They have forever lost me as a customer and life long advertisement for poor customer service.

Yep, still sitting in a house that the AC don’t work….9 days later in 100 degree temps, do customers come first? Rhetorical question on my part.

We recently had our three units changed by D Hart. They did an excellent job. The office was great to work with. The technicians were knowledgeable and did a great job on the installation. Everything was a breeze from start to finish. Great company. I highly recommend them. Terry
