The install team was very unprofessional they were in such a rush to be here and gone that it was like pulling teeth to get the extra work that was listed on the quote done
they keep saying that is not our JOB we are here just to install not repair
I had the attic stairs removed to help them out and they refused to reinstall them
they would have had to remove them to install the unit and they throwed such a fit that I just let them go and reinstalled them myself
with there attitude I decided that they would not do a very good job
I will not be using ADVENT HEAT, AIR & PLUMBING ever again
and if anyone I talk to will know the same
