I've had a leak in my ceiling off and on for years. Several companies have come out and was unable to find the issue. Mr. Collins was able to diagnose this issue and fix problem with ease. He is very knowledgeable. I will definitely use his business in the future. 5 🌟!

Love this company! I left a simple email on the website yesterday asking for an AC repair and got a callback within an hour! Even though all their appointments were booked and they were running a tight schedule Gary said he could come out the next day to take a look in between appointments. Gary called me before going to my house to make sure I had someone at the house and even waited a few minutes when my mother-in-law was running late to meet him while I was still at work. As soon as I got home Gary greeted me and updated me on what he did and what needed to be done. It was a simple part change and they hosed down the unit. Before replacing the part (I was very surprised they had it on hand) he gave me and estimate on parts and labor and even explained why he was replacing the part. Gary and his partner were very thorough and gentle, making sure everything was back in place and working correctly.
My unit is over 20 years old so Gary recommended that I get 2 carbon monoxide detectors especially since I have small children. He gave me warning symptoms and also told me which models that worked best.
I HIGHLY recommend Gary and this company; they work quickly and efficiently and we will definitely be using them again especially when winter comes around.

First impression was so refreshing as Gary was honest and helpful, provided us with multiple options without pushing us for doing the most expensive option like others we'd gotten estimates had. Can't say enough about Gary. He knows his craft like the back of his hand. He made time in his busy pack filled day to make it over to repair our heater that was not heating. Gary and his team our fantastic! He went out of his way to make sure the AC unit we purchased was installed correctly. he added vents to our house and they not only work great but look amazing. We ran into an issue this winter with a faulty part on the heater we purchased from him, but he came out first thing the next day and replaced the part. He did this off his normal work hours, after this incident we decided we would never use anyone else. Thank you Gary for caring about your customers!

Outstanding response and service. My house was struck by lightning which damaged my cooling/heating system and thermostat. Gary and his helper identified what needed to be fixed and now I’m enjoying my air conditioner. Gary also went the extra step and found my thermostat to be damaged and talked with the manufacture who determined the base module was defective and they sent me another replacement. Again, outstanding service, follow-up to verify the thermostat manufacturers sent my replacement part and to make sure everything was working. I highly recommend A.I.R.
