Customer Service very lazy and seem like they hated their job .Definitely won't be back to spend my hard earned money here

Appalling service. I walked up to the counter with a handful of pvc and waited for one of the 5-6 employees milling about to acknowledge me. Nothing. I mean they were actively working at not making eye contact. I eventually said “Hello?” only to be greeted with a gruff “Yeah.” and an awkward nod. I actually asked him what “yeah” means and was ignored. A woman stocking shelves nearby saw me and came to check me out. Unbelievable. I wanted to give my money to them instead of Lowe’s, but I guess I’ll continue searching for a local company to support.

Edit: I gave two stars instead of one because the prices and selection were good.

Made us crack up when their sign literally says “customer service”. We needed help with PVC pipe and a project and the guys in that department talked to us like we were stupid, didn’t help us and were very rude. The lady working that department was so happy and friendly. Would have loved if the guys took a step off their high horse and actually provided customer service…

Locke Supply Co has jacked up prices on air filters. What use to be $3-4 air filter is now over $10. Save your self money and order from Amazon. Same quality, cheaper price, plus it's delivered to your door which saves you money on gasoline.

After a plumbing company came into my house and didn't listen to a word I said about my p-trap and broke my roof pipe snaking something that didn't need to be done, I stopped by here and I didn't catch the ladies name but she was highly knowledgeable on what I needed and explained exactly what I needed to do in detail and made it seem very simple. I have never touched plumbing and was able to fix all the pipes under both my sinks with no problems at all. I actually feel accomplished with what would be a small task for a plumber.

I picked up plumbing supplies, gas line parts, and water heater venting stuff on Friday. I had my parts list and diagrams of what I thought I needed. Sharon helped me. She used my drawings and parts list and and we got everything I needed. She actually made suggestions to do the plumbing a different way. Her suggestions actually turned out very well. I only had to make one more trip for a part, because I didn’t have it on my list. Sharon Was a fantastic help, courteous, friendly, and knows plumbing. I’ll definitely buy all my plumbing and gas line parts from your store on S Aspen in Broken Arrow. You need to take good care of Sharon, she’s a real asset to your store.

BA location is the best. Staff is all good here, but Shelly deserves a raise for putting up with my boss with such ease! 😂 Not a simple task.

I've always relied on Locke Supply over the years. If you are unfamiliar with them just know Locke will have higher quality, more in stock, and at better prices. You'll make one trip and be done.
