First time customer. They answered the phone personally and were at our residence within an hour and a half. Very straight forward and honest guys. They replaced the control board on the system. (our system is 30+ years old) They left to get the part & were back within minutes for a speedy install. Top notch service. There's a lot of choices for HVAC, you can't go wrong with Baker's. Will use again.

Typical Oklahoma, 40 to 90 degrees in a week. First time turning on A/C and it won’t cool below 77. Same day service and fixed in no time. Will definitely use for all my future hvac needs!

Upstairs unit quit working. Called Kyle at 8:30 in the morning and he said they could be out between 1 and 3 that day. I asked for a heads up so I could meet them, and he let me know ahead of time when they would be there. They arrived on time and had me up and going in no time. He let me know my compressor was wearing out and that I would need a new one soon but was able to get it to hopefully last another summer.

AC froze up due to freon leak 🥵 I had Aire Serv come out and look at it. They told me I needed a whole new unit and quoted me $12k 💵 My unit is 30 years old and they said they couldn't get parts for it. I needed a second opinion. Zach came out and gave us a few different quotes. One to repair the leak ($2100) and 2 different full replacement quotes that were both well under $12k. He just finished replacing the coil and I have AC again
