    On July 4th, one of the first HOTTEST days of the season, the Fan Motor on my A/C unit decided it was time to commit suicide. Calling every A/C service company on this (the busiest) holiday was not very productive or encouraging. I have been experiencing an incredibly challenging financial situation for the past few months - so money has been very, very tight. This situation left me stressed and extremely concerned. Unfortunately, I received quotes up to 200.00 just to make a service call. I finally was able to secure an appointment for the following day with a company in Broken Arrow. After forcing me to stay home all day to wait for the service tech to arrive at a non-committed time, I was then told that the repair would cost me approximately $800.00...after just paying $90 for a service call. After rejecting that quote, I called around until finding a private licensed contractor who promised to do the job at a MUCH lower cost. The problem with this individual: doesn't commit to a service time, make you wait 5 days without contact, doesn't return phone calls/text messages when asking about his arrival, responds with angry text messages after you attempt to contact, then shows up twice (while at work) without notice and orders parts without permission...after you find someone who can do the job. After MUCH frustration and wasted time being held hostage by this uncaring privateer with "30 years experience" - over 6 days living and sleeping in over 90 degree temperatures, I found Aire Serv during a desperate internet search...and emailed them about my frustration. They not only responded by email AND phone immediately, they were also very compassionate to my financial situation, understanding, helpful and considerate. The entire team that I spoke with in person and on the phone (Colton, Ethan, and Heather) provided me with incredible customer service and went above and beyond any company I have dealt with in my life. It took them less that 48hrs to turn this around - service call, parts order and installation. I will never use another A/C service provider. They have proven beyond a doubt that they not only care about their customers during the service period, but far beyond to retain the relationship. Many thanks to this family-run business for being a shining example to small businesses everywhere. You should be very proud of yourselves. :)

    I used this company for almost 2-3years to maintain our heat & air system until I had a
    Company spray new insulation and found all the dirty/used filters in my attic. Jordan (the technician) that always did our maintenance service just let all those filters just sit in my attic.
    So i stop my service with them. Recently, we had an emergency, our heater stop working and it was below freezing temperature, i called around yo get our heater service but this company is the only one that had someone available to come out and check it. Jordan came and told us that a part need to be replaced that will cost between $1,500-$2,000. He also suggested that it would be a good idea to change our entire sysytem since it is old and parts on it will be discontinued by the year 2020. He gave me an estimate of $5,000-$7,000 for a new unit. The same day my husband called another company for second opinion, they found that the T-trap was clogged, they clean it, drain all the water and our heater is back working. It only costs $170 for that company to diagnose and fix the problem.

    We had a part fail on our three year old Lennox system. Jordan (son of the owner) went out of his way to get Lennox to cover the cost of the part under warranty. Had the opportunity to visit with Jordan while he was here. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They were also able to get us in the next day. I highly recommend these guys.

    Older A/C unit went out a few weeks ago. Busiest time of the season for them and they worked to "under promise" and over deliver. First, they scheduled a next day visit and gave a time frame. Then they called back and had HVAC tech at my place that evening after 6 pm. Well run business with good customer service systems in place. Highly recommend.

    Ethan, I believe is his name, showed up on time and called first. I told him what was going on with our AC and he started his process of elimination. A piece of insulation had fallen on the evap coil causing it to freeze up. I felt like this was a situation I could of been taken advantage of but this young man was honest which reflects the company he works for. He only charged me for the diagnostic fee and even said that if that didn't solve the problem the next visit I wouldn't be charged the fee and would just have to pay the cost of the repair. That's how you keep people's business!

    Did not deliver on promise that the new condenser would cool the room. Spent over $2,000 and the new unit did not adequately do the job. They sent a followup service man out which turned out to be useless. They did not even check for possible air leaks (which I found) and one air vent that was not producing any air flow. Bottom line is they really did not care about the results and the followup produced no results.

    Came out and charged up & cleaned my unit for a great price ! Now We are ready for spring . Very courteous and knowledgeable workers , would highly recommend!

    We purchased a complete HVAC one year ago. Had air leak in ductwork air serve came out repair and replace airfilter at no cost had pm done today cleaned condenser and checked system and replace air filtet again all at no cost i would refer this company to anyone needing an honest and reliable service for heat and air

    The serviceman was punctual, polite, and very competent. He kept me updated with everything he found... and fixed a problem I had no idea was there (tightened the bolts for the electrical lines so there was a solid contact. ) Thank you, guys, for your great service!
