    Great people. Had a guy come out yesterday to see if my ducts needed cleaning. He checked and told me they were fine. Took a quick look at my HVAC system and we talked about upgrading the unit. He was very informative and made it clear that he wasn't going to try and sell me anything I didn't absolutely need.

    Had a service call on my unit today. Filled my (almost empty) freon. Found a leak and now I'm waiting on an estimate for leak repair. Great customer service.

    Side note: The cost of freon is absolutely ridiculous.

    Don’t use this company unless you want to be belittled or yelled at.

    Airserve replaced our AC 3 years ago with a Lennox unit. It has not worked very well since it was replaced. We've told them this every summer. This summer has been even worse than the previous 2. Some nights in our home have been brutally warm. They have been out here 6 times this summer and tell me "there's nothing wrong" even though the house frequently won't get cooler than 80 degrees on a 90 degree day. They came by today on a hot day it check out the system. Two people showed up to check it and were let in with my husbands permission. A few minutes later 4 more technicians came in. The apparent “owner” came out with this crew of guys. He started to yell at my husband in our living room about how there is nothing wrong. My husband told him he needed to leave since he was being disrespectful. He started to argue again. He was then told if they didn’t leave that police men were going to be called. We have cameras in our living room and entryway for safety. We told them this after the brutal tongue lashing we received. After that was said he responded with a “Oh I didn’t know that,” like he was caught red handed with proof of doing something wrong. I am thoroughly disappointed at how this company thinks that what they did today is good business practice.

    This is the greatest company, couldn't ask for a more professional, knowledgable, or kinder person. I recommend them 100%. When no one else could help they did in a 4 hour window, same day. We had no air on a 100+ day.. thank you Terry. Price was within our budget and lower than we thought it would be. I pray all blessings on this business.

    After dealing with dishonest technician with a home warranty company I was very happy to do business with Aire Serv of South Tulsa. They replaced my downstairs unit in one day with just a couple days notice. The whole process from requesting a quote to having the unit installed took just 4 days and that included a weekend.

    Very pleased with price and service. I felt comfortable leaving the crew working at home with my son while I worked and they did a great job and left the environment very clean.

    Called Aireserve for quote on replacing HVAC at my resident Robert Toledo worked with me to get me the best deal on a new HVAC system after being told by another company i needed my AC replaced. Shawn came the next day to diagnose my AC unit and told me it didnt need to be replaced and just needed some minor tlc which saved me thousands at their expense. They are the only honest company that came to my house. Out of 5 to give quotes.

    Jordan and Billy came to my house and Installed my heat and air systems. They were very prompt and professional and very good people to deal with . Jordan even told me about the financing they had available. Jordan helped my wife and I get everything done a I appreciate him for that. I thank Jordan and Billy for a job well done. They are very good people.

    This review dates back almost two years ago. Jordan came out to price a new mini-split system and then install it. We bought Lennox units (which I can't necessarily recommend) and they have not worked correctly except for about a week. Jordan has stayed with us through the entire two years. He has come out to make things work when weather got hot or cold. He came out late at night when we needed him. He stood by the product he sold us even when the company, Lennox, wouldn't stand behind the product they sold. I would trust Jordan and his guys. He is a man of integrity and honor when it comes to treating his customers right. When things were bad he would call on weekends or text me just to make sure we could survive the heat or cold. I think he would have even let us stay at his house if we didn't have six kids. :)

    I didn’t catch the technicians name but he was very knowledgeable. He didn’t try to BS us and even though it was 7:30 on a Saturday night, he took the time to explain to us what the issue was with our AC unit. Very reasonable on pricing and there was no upcharge for being a weekend and night call. We will definitely be using them for all our AC and Heating needs.
