    Dan came out and had my AC back running within the hour. He was a true Godsend to my family and I. With 23 years of experience, it took him no time to find the problem and resolve it. Total professional. No hidden cost or up-charges.

    I had used this company for years and even had them install a new system once. I was on the “preferred” list.
    I had a problem with my ac and it needed a part. No one ever called me so 2 weeks later I called to see what was up. Diana laughed and said “ I had fallen through the cracks” no “I’m sorry”and still had to wait for 3 days to get it fixed. No loyalty what so ever. There are too many ac places around to get treated this way.
    The guys they send out are always young guys and always have to “make a call” to figure out what’s wrong. I’m sure friends and family have left the good feedback

    Great experience with this company. They made sure my house was cool by putting in window units before they fixed my air conditioning system. The technicians Ethan, Casie and Christian were very knowledgeable and courteous. Jordan answered all my questions and concerns. Thank u for a great job!

    My home warranty uses this company as a vendor. They were assigned my claim around 8:30 this mornin . I got a call saying they could not come until tomorrow which was an issue as my wife is 10 months pregnant and due in 4 days. 5 minutes later they called back and said they had someone who could come immediately. In less than 2 hours they diagnosed and fixed the issue. I greatly appreciate their sense of urgency to help us ensure we had a cooled house to bring our daughter home from the hospital to. I highly recommend them!!!

    In the scorching heat of July 2016 my A/C died. My home warranty company referred me to this company - and escalated the matter to priority status. I called them the next day and spoke with Debbie. Debbie couldn't have cared less about me or my family's discomfort. She argued with me about the referral from my home warranty company and wanted to schedule me out 3 days just to send someone out. I was not happy and asked her to verify the priority status. She wouldn't check and just stuck with 3 days out. I mentioned that I would verify with my home warranty service about the priority status and then asked if it were priority how fast could I get someone out. She stuck with 3 days. Then she became more argumentative. To the owner of Quest, Debbie is a major liability, friend.

    Edit/Rebuttal: Respect is a two-way street. You might want your staff to learn what that is.

    I’ve used Aire Serv for several years and they never disappointed me. Whether it was a routine checkup or an emergency they arrived and took care of what needed to be done. They did it professionally and kind. I would recommend Aire Serv of South Tulsa to do your job!

    I had Aire Serv out twice. The first time was when we bought our house. The next was when we needed a new thermostat. The guys that came out were very friendly, and super polite. I would highly recommend them for any heat and air service you need.

    Came out and looked at my cooler told me i need whole unit changed, and it cost me 9000$ , fixed it by 100$ just by changing a thermostat. Still charged me 250$ for A/C service he had 600$ invoice at first … I paid it ONE time but that’s not how business like this last long !
