I had a new AC installed today, and they are really good at what they do. Everything was installed very neat and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The technician from Clayton was friendly knowledgeable gave me a few tips to save money completed the repair and less than a 1/2 an hour and was totally awesome.

Rude Customer service, Very unprofessional, does not do there job right. When called to complain the manager will sit there an argue with you.. What Happened with customer is always right??
Employees look dirty, employee is un-knowledgeable with there line of work!

They DO NOT deserve even a single star but they wont let me post this poor review without clicking at least 1 . Very poor service and I felt as though they treated me like some dumb girl that could not troubleshoot her own H VAC unit .......had me wait 3 days to finally tell me they would not speak with my home warranty company and tell them what they had to fix so I could get reimbursed for the work done being that is what the warranty is for UGH .......How disrespectful and very upsetting . I WOULD NOT CALL THEM EVEN IF THEY WHERE THE LAST RESORT !

They really help us out after our boiler quit working. Very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about not making us spend more than needed.
