Clayton Heating & Air Conditioning

Was not happy with where they vented the furnace right next to the back door....did not level the air conditioning unit...said the air conditioning unit was fine...would not fix the vent at the back door....Rick is gruff and I feel could care less....wouldn't recommend to my friends or family

Clayton Heating & Air Conditioning were very professional. They do quality work. The work was done in a timely manner. There were no hidden costs. The employees installing the units were very mannerly and polite. I could not be happier with the new Furnace and Central Air Conditioning they installed. All done in one day too. I would definitely use and recommend them to anyone.

Called for a furnace repair. Was told that I wasn't an existing customer so they wouldn't send anyone out. How exactly do they expect someone to become an existing customer? It's not like you replace a furnace every year. My money spent just fine with one of their competitors.

They were absolutely the best HVAC choice I've ever made. The staff in the office is very professional and knowledgeable, and their technician Al was so friendly, personable and professional. Worked at a steady pace, managed to maintain a casual conversation and got the job done right, quickly too. I'd highly recommend you call them first.

We recently purchased a new furnace/air conditioner from Clayton Heating and we couldn’t be happier. Before purchasing all our options were explained clearly. Our installers were courteous , professional , and answered all our questions. We felt the pricing to be very fair. Clayton heating is a fine, established local company. I emailed asking for their pricing and availability since my grandmother just passed away and her thermostat stopped working. They responded quickly with the pricing and said to call to schedule something. I called and Bill was so incredibly rude to me and instantly said he isn't doing work for anyone that he doesn't know because he is way too busy. I said okay that's confusing because I've used you before and the email said they could schedule me. He said "well I can't, okay?" and he hung up on me. I've never seen that approach to gain customers long term but they've lost quite a few now.

What a wonderful company to deal with! I can't say enough about how kind and honest the staff are. Eric was a joy to deal with and attentive to detail. Installed a generator at a fair price and on time. Impressed beyond measure! Would highly recommend.

We needed Saturday service a week ago & a technician arrived within 2 hours. Today, we had a new motor installed. We couldn't be happier with all of the above qualities of this company. Absolute perfection. Thank you Clayton for being the strong, reliable company you've always been.

Clayton replaced my existing furnace and central air conditioner.
They were on time for our appointment, very knowledgeable and provided a quotation the same day.
Installation was on time and performed by a professional crew who were very careful in removing old equipment, etc.
Easy to work with and they provide top brand equipment.

Michael came out to inspect my furnace today. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He explained what he was doing and why. He encouraged me to ask questions., he listened. He did a very thorough job cleaning my old furnace. I was very pleased with the service. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a reputable company for furnace/air conditioning needs.
