Response was very quick and problem was diagnosed within 5 minutes. Parts were on hand and repair was made swiftly. Could not be happier.

Technician called ahead of time and arrived on time. He was courteous and appeared very knowledgeable. He wore shoe protectors and left his workplace clean.

I called this morning to see if they could come fix my air conditioning they said they would fit me into the schedule between 1 and 3 thought that was great come home from work early never showed up they sent me an email after I had sent them the information like model number and serial number stating that it would be $715 for them to come out and fix it for a $130 part talk about a rip off of
