Overholt Heating & Air Conditioning

We have a heat pump in a small apartment that wasn’t cooling properly. Devan came out and service the system quickly and efficiently and we are comfortable again! Thanks Overholt!

They are unable to work on Lennox furnace & A/C’s but say that they are able. Did not bring the correct tools to even open the furnace for diagnostic purposes. They are not timely with answers and ultimately had to seek help from another company as they were unable to figure out what the issue was and wanted to call Lennox for input. They were simply unable to fix the problem and wanted us to wait days for Lennox to help them solve it.

I had a new hot water tank installed. Overholt was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. They completed the job quickly, cleaned everything up and disposed of my old tank. I am very pleased with Overholt and also use them for maintenance of my heater as well. I highly recommend them.

Provided a good explanation of my options for repair and then solved the issue before other companies had even called me back. Will use them from now on for any other issues I may have and would certainly reccamend to others.
