If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. Chad was extremely professional and reviewed all options with me before proceeding with the leak repair. He and his apprentice were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and high service oriented. I will be using WyattWorks for all plumbing moving forward!

We LOVE WyattWorks! Justin, Ben, Jamal and Larry are fantastic.

Over the last several years we have used WyattWorks for routine jobs. This time we needed an entire "gutting" of our small upstairs bathroom - old toilet, old vanity and the old tub were removed, along with plaster walls, old tile floor and 95 year-old deteriorating pipes. Our bathroom was taken down to the studs.

Jamal initially met with us to provide a quote. He walked through our old bathroom with us and listened to our wants and concerns. He explained the overall process and gave us suggestions and options.

Part of the options was visiting a local supply company that works directly with Wyatt. We were able to see / try / chose the exact items we were having installed.

We liked that he made it clear that Wyatt was willing to work with our schedule, meaning we could do some of the work and they were willing to come and go according to when we completed certain stages of the project.

Jamal was able to quickly provide a written, detailed estimate via email. He addressed some changes we asked for, resent an updated invoice and we were able to approve and schedule.

We decided to have Wyatt handle everything. This allowed Wyatt to remain at our home and continue working with no delay while they waited for us to complete some demo or install some drywall. It was nice that they were able to transition from one stage of the project to another without delay.

Justin and Ben worked tirelessly to remove the old fixtures, old insulation, install new insulation, electrical, floor and install new, modern plumbing in the exposed floor and walls.

When the fixtures we selected were delivered (yes, they were delivered to our house) Justin and Ben reviewed all pieces, brought them into the house and placed them safely out of the way until the pieces were needed.

It was great to have two trustworthy professionals in our home. Justin and Ben were always pleasant, diligent, courteous in cleaning up any mess daily and mindful to make sure our curious dog did not escape out
the front door.

Jamal and Larry made daily visits to check up and to make sure we were
satisfied. As happy as we were with the finished job, Larry took an extra several hours to go over everything and make sure the job was done perfectly and up to WyattWorks' high standards.

We know that only recently WyattWorks started a radio advertising campaign; we are a true testimonial to the power of that advertising. It was through that radio spot that we learned that WyattWorks was capable of a performing an entire remodel from soup-to-nuts, and not "just" the plumbing. And, more importantly, your advertising truly reflects the corporate values you have established. We have been and continue to be so impressed with your organization and its personnel: from the person who answers the phones, to the daily email and text alerts to let us know you're on your way, to the folks like Justin, Ben, Jamal and Larry -- true professionals and true gentlemen! They treated us like they would want to be treated.

There is no doubt who we will call the next time a need arises, and we even joked that we "could break a pipe in the kitchen" so that WyattWorks can come back and re-do that room. (Just kidding...mostly. Ha, ha.)

Thank you for everything...it's been a great experience that has far exceeded our expectations in every way.

Professional, and thorough explained exactly what he was doing and priced out before hand. Even the an issue arose and time went well beyond expectations his attitude and professionalism remained intact. Great guy!

Edward helped me out today (Saturday afternoon) with my water pipe thats been leaking. He was very professional, proficient and explained everything very clearly to me. He also gave me quotes on everything that needs to be fixed and i was surprised how reasonable they were. Overall I recommend this company for all plumbing issues.

Excellent experience with Ricky and the team at WyattWorks. I had a pipe burst due to a winter storm and called them the following morning. They were able to fit me in on the same day and complete the job. Ricky was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Got the job done quickly, provided me regular updates, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Excellent service at a good price.

David was great! Very kind and fixed our issue we had with our drain being backed up. The price of the service was great and the company was able to send someone out the next day to fix our issue!

Adam and Mike did a great job taking care of our backed up floor drain and provided a very throughout explanation during the scoping of the drain. He provided us options without the pressure to choose any of them. He answered all of my questions and took the time necessary. Thank you!

Billy and Jesse were great they answered all my questions and completed the job quickly. They also showed me helpful tips for when I’m on vacation. The service was top notch and I will definitely use them again!

The two gentlemen that came to the rescue today were exceptional people who were very helpful in their efforts and they provided the best service.
